Just stopped by yesterday to refill a CO2 sodastream tank and the store is out of business. Business is closed!

This shop is pricey and the guy running the counter seemed to have his mind a million places but there in the shop. I tried to order a reducer and was told everyday to come back tomorrow by the third time I went with pch hydroponics they are cheaper and way more reliable. I am leaving three stars because the guy had a laid back attitude but just isnt business minded.

Super knowledgeable people… Especially Jason whose not the owner but is there 6 days a week… I called the other day for advice and got another employer who was just as friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t see a difference in prices from the other shops. I do come to Venice from Culver City for the customer service and expertise.

Too expensive, I understand you may charge more due to your location on Lincoln but common now. And why exactly everything has 2 pricing based on cash and credit card (do you like avoid paying taxes???)? And Cash prices are still expensive. $ 18 cash for Co2 refill?!? Ok everywhere else is from $ 12-​$ 17, just because they’re one of the only ones in that immediate area. Stop over charging. I really needed Ocean Forest soil for transplant but $ 20 per bag? Really? I called my local shop and they charge $ 11??? Wow, Jason, get your prices right man. You only got the second star and not just one bcs of ease of access to your location and the Hispanic hommie that loads the Co2 tank in the car as he’s a nice guy, Get your prices right JASON.

Very helpful employees. They had a lot of information and were really easy going people. They also give a discount when you pay cash, which is great!

Don’t go! We got RIPPED OFF! What happened there is just CRA-​ZY!
We are a team of growers and we needed a product in emergency after 6.30pm. you know the kind of product you need NOW to fix a gardening issue. We didn;t want to drive to our favorite growshop (and we should have!!)
Us: Do you have CANNAZYME?
Him: yes, it’s here on the shelf.
Us: Alright, how much?
Him: Hhhhmm, let me check on my computer… $ 60 man! But hey, if you pay in cash, it’s just $ 50!
REALLY?
After we bought it, we though something was wrong with the price and decided to go back (without opening the bottle of course)
Us: Maybe it’s a mistake but there is a label of $ 35.95 on the bottle?
Him: Oh, don’t pain attention to that, it’s the price I paid for it!
REALLY?!
We felt the scam so we decided to get our money back; they refunded us with no problem.
Everyone knows that a brand like CANNA doesn’t place a price-​tag on the bottle, especially when growshops buy in BULK!
And everyone knows the price of 1L of CANNAZYME, between $ 25 and $ 35!
Just don’t go, drive couple more miles to talk with real merchants who know business and compassion.
