I had a great experience buying my car at Sunset Cadillac of Venice. The employees were very professional and took the time to help me select the right vehicle. I have been a customer for a few years now and will continue to drive down now that I live in Tampa due to their excellent customer service. I’ve tried other dealerships and always find myself coming back to Sunset!

There has been a skipping in the engine since I bought the car. The service dept was unable to identify the problem. This is my fourth and last Cadillac. Second time I’ve been told the problem could not be determined. Plus an elderly customer was on the ground outside the service area. A service rep, Jeff, was standing there, not saying anything, clueless. I went out and spoke with the customer for about 10 – 12 minutes. He believed he collapsed due to low blood pressure. Where was the dealer manager? Why were paramedics not called? Why did a manager not arrange to drive the gentleman home and then have another service person follow in a separate car. I believe the gentleman’s name was xxxx xxxxxxx. Did anyone even bother to follow up with the man? Crest/Sunset Cadillac represents a serious lack of concern for customers and the non-handling of the gentleman in the parking lot the owner should be ashamed of himself/herself. Shameful.

I just bought my second vehicle from Crest Cadillac. The friendly staff and excellent customer service keeps me coming back. The staff truly makes you feel like they care. I receive Christmas cards every year from my sales rep, and everytime I walk in to the dealership I am greeted by friendly faces. The service technicians always take the time to walk me through anything I have questions on. The service waiting area is always clean and tidy, and they have the most wonderful complimentary doughnuts and coffee while you wait for your vehicle to be worked on. I wish every dealership experience was like this one!

If I could give Crest Cadillac no stars I would. We bought the car there, within several months the cover for the front undercarriage fell apart while driving. We went back toCrest Caddilac and they actually used zip ties to repair the undercarriage cover of our car. Of course we didn’t know that till it fell apart again while traveling in 105 degree heat back to New York. The under carriage cover was then hitting the wheel while driving. It could have caused a severe accident. We went into another Cadillac dealer in Ocala and had to pay several hundred dollars to repair the car again. Crest Cadillac — NOWAY!
