Venice is a great place to visit if you enjoy natural gulf beaches, wonderful little restaurants and beautiful sunsets. And Venice Beach Villas is the perfect place to stay when you’re here. My wife and I have vacationed in Venice for the last three years and we have stayed at «VBV» each time. It feels like ‘being at home while on vacation’! The rooms are quaint, comfortable and CLEAN! The owners and staff are very friendly, the amenities are wonderful and the location is perfect. One block East is downtown where you can shop, eat & drink and 3 blocks West is the public beach. What more do you need ?!?

I was here Labor Day weekend with my wife and it was amazing. Front desk made us feel so welcomed and gave us all the information we needed beach, supermarkets and all that. We got to our room. Very nice room. Like a small one bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed… very nice area… Lots of street parking. Very friendly place. Totally recommended for anyone who wants to stay here.

My husband and I just got back from our 3 day 2 night trip to Venice Beach. Here is my review. First, I had never been to Venice Florida but had a wedding to attend over labor day weekend. Trip Advisor was the first place I checked. I found Venice Beach Villas were rated #1 so I felt confident in my choice but really wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into. I normally want 5 star hotels but there aren’t any in Venice. I wasn’t sure what location to choose(Venice Ave or Menendez Street) But because of the summer special $ 95/night we went with the Menendez Street location. We were in Unit #6. #1 Check in was a breeze with Lori, no wait, etc. #2. Parking was easy and close to our unit. Unit actually doesn’t describe it really. It’s like a cluster of little connected cottages. Cottage Duplex? #3 Cleanliness — As soon as we walked in we knew we were in a clean place, not just fake scents, this place was immaculate. Nice Carpet and tile floors. #4 Efficient– Everything we could have needed was there in the unit. Nice updated appliances and cabinets. Dishes, etc. Two TVs. We had our own front porch #5 Property was nicely landscaped with a nice pool. No one used the pool and it was labor day weekend but it looked sparkling clean. #63 short Blocks to the beach(use their free bikes, walk, or drive your car, plenty of parking at the beach) The property is nestled in a very quiet upper middle class residential area. They had free wifi onsite. Towels for the pool. Laundry onsite. There were two TVs and more than enough channels. Our«villa» had a hairdryer and soap and all bathing towels you would need. You should bring your own shampoo. Overall fantastic stay — Please note, this is not a luxury vacation place where they will bring you a toothbrush if you forgot it. This is more like a vacation rental cottage. There is not daily maid service but if you require it they will do so for a charge. Again, this is not a fancy place but a really awesome retro feeling vacation duplex. We loved Venice Beach Villas and will definitely be back!
