Elements Nail Spa

My friend and I walked in and said we wanted a manicure, and they immediately said «no, we’re busy sorry.» There was ONE person in there getting their toes done!!! They didn’t even offer for us to come back later. They just simply said no. I was very disappointed because we had gift cards to there, but I don’t even want to go back!

Wow! Talk about customer service. Walked in to get a fill. There was only one person in the store getting her nails done. I told the woman working what I wanted and she said «We’re busy now, sorry.» No asking for me to wait or to make an appointment or anything just completely snubbed. No wonder there was only person there. Great first impression! I won’t be back.

I went here for the first time on my birthday due to a positive review from a coworker of my boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience! Due to her recommendation, I called about 2 hours ahead to let them know I was coming, which seems to have worked since they started working on my nails 5 minutes after I stopped in. I got a mani/​pedi for a very reasonable $ 35. Both were well-​done and still look good a week later. The lady working on me and another women working there both engaged me in conversation and were very friendly. I don’t get my nails done very often, but I have found that it is difficult to find a reasonably priced-​place that is clean, relaxing, and also does a great job! Another way I knew it was a good pick was that even though it was around noon on a Tuesday, they had 3 – 4 other customers in the shop, all of whom seemed to be regulars. I would definitely recommend Elements, and I plan on going back there myself!

This was my first time trying Elements, and this place did not disappoint. I walked in on a Saturday, and at first when I asked for Gels they didn’t think they would have the time, but totally squeezed me in. They were very efficient, great at managing multiple customers, and did a fantastic job on my nails. I got gels on my fingers, and a regular pedi and it was $ 55. Which I felt was pretty reasonable compared to other places I’ve gone in Ventura. Overall, clean, friendly and just what I was looking for. Would go again for sure.

Love this place, clean, amazing pedicure chairs and the staff here are always great. I recommend Anna. I also love that you can pick out your own scented lotion for the massage, huge plus. I’m glad I was referred here, a little more expensive then the regular nail places but this place is worth every penny.

I usually go to Cenutry Nails as there prices are very good. I failed to call ahead and wasnt able to get an appointment so I went to Elements. Very, nice, clean upscale place wth comfy spa chairs that are very realxing. I would reccomend, a little more expensive but you get what you pay for as it is a classy place and they ladies are all very sweet there.
