Forever 21

Always a go to store even tho for some reason it’s hard to find things that I «just have to have» but I have my days. Online shopping seems easier for me when it comes to forever 21.
I would like to compliment the staff lately, they seem really sweet, greet upon arrival and are constantly checking to see if everything is okay, or if you need help with anything, even in the dressing rooms they are very helpful.
My only complaint would be, the amount of hangers they shove on to one rack! It is really hard to look threw things without knocking stuff on the ground or having the hangers cross over each other. Maybe I’m just being weird but over crowded clothing racks definitely steers me away from trying to look for clothing on them.
But, prices are pretty reasonable.
The accessory selection is always prime.

I would have to say that I am really surprised at the customer service at this specific location. As usual, I go in only needing a few items and leave with buyers remorse because I buy way more than what I intended to purchase.
Anyway, during my shopping extravaganza, one of the workers saw how my forearm started looking like a clothing rack from all of the hangers hanging from it so she offered to start me a fitting room. Every time I saw something on the higher racks I couldn’t reach, this individual helped me out in getting the size I needing. Also, when I found an item that wasn’t my size she was quick to look up to see if my size was available. Stephanie, she was just very helpful and went the extra mile to provide good customer service.
I was happy because she was even my cashier to ring me up at the end of my visit.
In the past, this store really lacked customer service so I am glad to see it on a positive note that they have good workers that now care.

well i called to see if there was a dress in stock, a gentleman answered the phone i asked him if he has a dress i really wanted in the store. he said yes we have six in stock i asked him if he can put one on hold for me but he said he couldn’t find the dress in the store, i think he was just to lazy to even look for it! so i called the camarillo forever 21 and they had the same dress in stock and found it, they put it on hold for me right away. i picked it up and im very happy with camarillo forever 21 customer service! five stars for them! but ventura forever 21 just one star for the laziness!

I like to shop at Forever 21, but I had a bad experience. When I was at the store on Black Friday, I really liked a sweater that the tag said $ 24.99 and the sign said $ 17.80, so I grabbed that sweater plus more clothing because they were also giving a 15% Off on the scratchers. So, the associate went to check and said that it was wrong that it wasn’t for those sweaters, so they remove the sign from the counter shelve and all this time all the customers like me thought that those sweaters were reduced; and probably paid for them thinking that they received the $ 17.80 displayed deal when in reality they were paying for original price $ 24.99. I was upset because the store had false advertisement and had to leave all my other clothing because they wouldn’t honor their posted sales price. All my friends and family left their items too because they witnessed Forever 21 false advertisement and the fact that they wouldn’t honor their displayed sales price.

If you purchase an item, don’t expect a refund. I purchased an item and wanted to return it for a refund within 7 days; they make you purchase another item in their store either by exchange or store credit. I even spoke with the manager which refused to give me my money back. Poor customer service.

I’ve been to so many different forever 21s even in NY and this is still my favorite ! The girls are beyond helpful they know where everything is ! They are happy to look up a product code for you. I always go in there with a photo of something I’ve found online and they find it for me in the store sometimes they even go check their new shipments. If I could tip these girls I would they are beyond Auhmazzing ! Thanks dollfaces !

Like other young girls and women, I go to F21 a lot. I had not visited the Pacific View Mall location for many years though. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The store was a good size but not huge, so I felt like it was easier to find things I liked, versus the Camarillo Outlets F21 or *gasp* the 3 story F21 at Fashion Show Mall in Vegas. And for some reason all the employees were extremely nice– a rare occurrence in F21, lol. So after walking in other F21 stores maybe more than 10 times previously and never buying anything, I left this store spending almost $ 200 and with a fat yellow plastic bag full of clothes.
