A nice assortment of both Men’s and Women’s latest Fashion trends from summer to dressy and for the most part not being crazy over priced.
Disappointing how there is a lack of customer service, and since nothing is organized you sort of how to mess up the stacks off tees/​tops while looking for a size.
There is usually somebody standing by the door doing visuals whom hardly ever greet, and there is always people just hanging at the cash registers not doing a whole lot, and for sure not giving customer service.
The vibe says Forever 21/​Express as someone else says but the customer service Screams Ross.
I’ve never have returned or exchanged anything here but they seem pretty strict about it.

Definitely my new favorite store! You would never expect how great the prices are by how nice the store looks. The prices are on par with Forever 21 but the store feels more like an Express. It’s definitely hard to find great customer service in the Ventura mall, but I’d say this place definitely hits the mark.
