If there is a line, even with only one person in it, skip Jersey Mike’s. This goes for ANY location, not just the one at the mall. I stopped in to the location at the mall a few weeks ago. There was no one in line so I figured I could get a sandwich quickly. There were three people working at the time. It took at least fifteen minutes to make a sandwich. I totally get the friendly customer service thing they try to do but OMG! Shut the F-up and make the sandwich! Is it really that difficult to get people in and out so they can get on with their day? At Jersey Mike’s it is. Almost forgot, the mall’s food court is just upstairs and Red Robin is next door so if there’s a line a JM’s try these options instead.

The JM’s submarine chain has become my new favorite franchise sandwich place. I’ve been exploring the menu each time I visit and they’ve all been dank! This location is on the outside of a mall and a better alternative to the standard food court. It is smaller inside than most other JM locations. Parking near here is easy during non-peak hours, otherwise it might be a slight trek. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. This time around I had their Philly cheesesteak. Piping hot, flavorful from the flat grill and downright delicious! Get yourself one!

Great sandwiches– the best tuna– although sometimes they run out of tuna– not OK. Had them cater my sons party and the subs were a hit!

Jersey Mikes Subs are some of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The facility features an entire deli with chilled meats and a rotating blade that is fired up for every sandwich order. They slice it right in front of you! It’s not a small amount of meat either. They give you a very generous amount and it is quite filling. The drawback of this is of course the price. It is about $ 8 just for their regular size sandwich by itself. The giant sandwich which can feed 2 is $ 13. Such is the price for quality. They do have a loyalty program that gives you points every time you buy something. You actually get double points added to your account on Sunday’s and Tuesday’s. It takes a very long time to acquire enough points to redeem them for a free sandwich of your choice. I think for the regular sandwich size you need 72 points and you get one point per dollar spent. The employees here are also quite cute and friendly and ask you genuinely how you are doing and say welcome as you come in through the door. They also say thanks for coming as you leave. There’s also a nice perk for going to a Jersey Mikes for the first time. They will give you a free cookie and cal it «cookie for the rookie». Be sure and try it out!

Crazy awesome staff are always cheerful. They make your order exactly how you want it. They sandwiches are delicious, and this comes from someone who doesn’t really like sandwiches! However I’d continue eating here for the friendly service alone!

This is my 2 nd visit to this particular Jersey Mike’s and it rocks here! Literally, I love the classic rock they are playing. Everyone is super friendly. The service is amazing! I was here last week for the first time in one of these and the kind manager, Ken suggested having my sub Mike’s way. I went out on a limb and agreed. Soo happy I did! Grabbing a quick lunch solo is very enjoyable here.

Has anyone else noticed a recent decline of this location of JM’s? One visit middle of the day: no tea, no white bread, no napkins. Another visit: evening: no tea again and no turkey. «closed» 15 minutes before listed closing. I’m done trying. Bummer.

This was without a doubt the worst cheese steak philly I have ever had!!! The bread was substandard, cheese was minimal, had flecks of meat. Tasteless,

New location at the Mall next to Macy’s. Recent«Grand Opening». Super friendly service. Good sandwiches. Kinda pricey. Close convienant parking. Tv’s inside. Seating inside and out. I would recommend you request easy on the vinegar/olive oil because some locations drench your sandwich and than you have to eat it fast so your sandwich don’t get soggy(gross) and you can’t enjoy it. **Veggie Friendly**. Different breads and cheeses to choose from. Wraps available. These sandwiches can be really large so choose your size wisely :-). Stop by and give it a try.

Super awesome owners gave out FREESUBS for their weekend grand opening. Kids that work there are friendly. get the Turkey with Provolone. But easy oil and vinegar.(VERYWET) You pay a little more than Subway, but once you try it you’ll see Subway tastes like cardboard compared to them!

Grand Opening was a blast! $ 1 Regular size subs. Donations went to certain Ventura schools. Now it is coupon time. Hubby & I bought a Buy 1 Get 1 sub before running errands. I get the #9 –Supreme Sub. Very delicious & fresh. Mike’s Way is very wet. I omit the red wine vinegar and say EASY on the olive oil mixture.
