This place sucks this lady Maria tonite refused to honor the fact they were out thighs and wouldn’t give a beast to me for a 1 dollar off to honor that they are out of product. She states she the GM BUT HAS NO SEF SAFE PAPER UP ON THE WALL IN THE RESTURANT. I WILL BE CONTACTING Corporate office. Configuration to the corporate office of this location please share with me. I will like to know the name of the general manager of this location in the regional manager of this location

Just the worst service possible. Took them five minutes to hand me a water cup. Seriously, they where intentionally ignoring me and kept forgetting to hand me the cup.

I went to this location recently to grab a quick dinner. Unfortunately it did not turn out to be that quick. While the person was taking my order they seemed really distracted and got our order wrong three times. She kept saying «No problem!» After I said something, yet she couldn’t remember what we got. When we finally got up to the window I could see that there were a lot of workers inside so I don’t know why the girl was getting so distracted. The same «no problem» girl that took my order was at the window (I knew it was her because she continued to say no problem while taking my payment”, she had our drinks there. She asked us if we knew what we got to drink… we said yes two cokes. She said okay good because I’m not sure which is which. We then had to wait about five minutes for the food. I was a little irritated at this point because we had already waited almost ten minutes. Once she gave us our food she asked if I wanted any sauce. We said yes ranch. She informed us then that they were sold out of ranch. At first I thought um you don’t sell the ranch, second I thought what chicken place runs out of a sauce like that. Anyways she just told us we could go to the store and get some. Once again defeats the purpose of a quick dinner. This is a perfect dinner for right when I get out of my weekly late night class, but after many experiences like this I am beginning to think otherwise.

Went through the drive-​thru and placed my order. Paid for the food and the cashier said it would be a 5 minute wait in front. Went to the front and waited for 15 minutes. No one came out so I went in and they said the chicken would be ready soon but I waited another 10 minutes. Would not go back there.

I went to KFC again and this time everything was fresh and delicious. I had an original and crispy piece (I highly recommend the crispy over the original) with a side of macaroni and potato wedges. You don’t get a lot of macaroni for the price you pay for it but you get a very impressive amount of potato wedges. I’ve had potato wedges from KFC in the past that were stale from being under the heat lamp so long. During this visit this was not the case. The potato wedges were rich and piping hot being freshly made. The chicken I had was also quite hot and fresh and greasy. I wasn’t thrilled by the drink selection either. There’s only one juice that is a fruit punch that is akin to hummingbird nectar in sugar content and taste. I did see that there was a minute maid juice selection but it costs another dollar I believe. The biscuit that came with the meal was good but it does stick to the roof of your mouth some. Still the best fried chicken I’ve found (I haven’t found any others) in Ventura.

The owner read my review and actually made a call to action. Invited me back with an offer to take care of me and my family much better. He took ownership and this time the team took great care of us. I was profoundly impressed. Will be back!

Manager was nice and honored our Unilocal check in for 14 pieces at $ 19.99 with 2 mash potato sides, cole slaw and biscuits. They had all 28 pieces we needed without a wait so that’s why I am giving 4 stars. The service was friendly and mostly efficient. The inside of the restaurant is clean even though we took our chicken to go.

Went to KFC to get me some wings to make my Super Bowl watching experience even better! And I gotta say; THE TEAM WAS SUPER ENERGETIC AND FRIENDLY. The manager offered me the special of 30 wings for $ 18.99 and went home A HAPPY CAMPER! :) thanks KFC!

I used to like KFC but this location and the oxnard location have made me decide to never eat at KFC again. Not worth the geese filled tummy afterwards. The food at this location is not good, the cooks of something, maybe need to change there cooking oil more often, yuk. The owner is a quick responding man a seems nice, but the food here is just poorly prepared or something.

For my first visit to this location, I went through the drive thru. After receiving a coupon in the mail for 10 pieces of chicken (legs/​thighs) I decided that is what my family will be having for dinner.
After pulling into the drive thru, I realized that I left the coupon at home. So when I placed my order, I asked the drive thru member if they would honor that coupon deal I received in the mail & she said yes. I thought that was super nice of her, since the coupon said, must present the coupon upon ordering. This location has awesome customer service.
Will I return? Yes! They give endless amounts of Bbq sauce packs and hot sauces!

They charge a 50 cent fee to use a credit card or in my case a debit card. I handed her my debit card to pay and she says if I don’t have cash that I have to pay a 50 cent fee. I said its my debit card which is like cash and she said «the machine just sees a card and is going to charge you»
It might only be 50 cents but it felt so unethical to charge me for how I pay.
KFC officially lost me and my family as a customer.
Our tab was $ 26.84 and because of that 50 cents I’ll never pay another penny at KFC.

Only one couple in here besides me. Several employees but no one came out to clean the dining area. Pretty messy. I just sat at the cleanest table. Came to study before class… And grab a bite to eat… Food is okay but this place seems vacant and messy. I’ll stay a while and see if they come clean the tables.
Alright I stayed from 5:40pm (time on my receipt until 6:14pm (time now in my car) and no one ever came to clean the dining area. It was really bad.
When I went to refill my soda there was an out of order sign on the machine. It said to please see personnel to get refills.
The best thing were the employees. Several of them were cheerful and had really good customer service skills but no one was out on the floor cleaning.
Not sure who the manager is here, but whoever it is wasn’t doing a good job. The floors were dirty. Trash everywhere. Tables were all dirty, seriously no clean tables. Crumbs, food, old cups, napkins on floor, a smashed container on floor by restrooms and 4 of those yellow «caution» signs out all over the place. Supposedly so you don’t slip on the pieces of smashed chicken or potatoes on the floor.
Worse is several tables are in disrepair. When I got up from mine the edging grabbed my clothes and pulled at the fabric on the sleeve of my sweater, scraping my skin like a cat scratch and then snapped back against the table. I looked and saw the edging had been broken off and it was quite sharp on the edge.
Sadly the place makes you want to gag while trying to eat there. Pretty unpleasant experience.
I’m not going back.

Update: this night haunt of mine (at times as its only local food open that late that’s drive thru) did improve and owner offered a refund. Thank you. It’s really cool when people still do gestures that improve a challenging situation. I’ve frequented subsequent occasions and that night was a fluke and it’s been good.

Hungry seven year old wants a chicken little sandwich and macaroni and cheese for dinner. I don’t normally do the fast food route but it was 7pm and we were in a hurry.
Girl on speaker says chicken little sandwiches were going to take 5 minutes, fine. I am patient. It was more like 10 but I won’t argue.
I got my bag of food, double check to make sure everything is there, seems legit. The individual sides have a red top so I just assumed it was right.
We get home. We were given mashed potatoes. Cue the upset 7 year old.

I went to KFC today. The food looked and tasted old :(. I asked for extra crispy more like extra soggy. I didn’t even eat the chicken. I didn’t know crispy chicken could get messed up :/​. Even the potatoes wedges were old and soggy. The funny part is I’m pregnant and hungry! Yet still didn’t like or ate anything but the biscuits.

Walked in and noticed all the tables were dirty even though they only had one party using their dining area. Unilocal is offering a free go cup once you check in and they would not honor it saying the coupon was not in their system. I also bought a $ 7 voucher for $ 10 worth of food. Same issue. The manager and supervisor Stephanie had no idea how to use them. Really your a manager and supervisor and can’t override that?! Anyway walked out while the dumb workers said have a «good day and come back again» in a sarcastic manner. Don’t think so.

Always out of everything!

Come here every so often when I’m feeling lazy and each time, it’s pleasant. The people behind the counter are slower than usual, but I have to say I know what it’s like working in the fast food industry and people have unrealistic expectations at times with how quickly their food or beverages should be ready.
I have dined in and taken out through the drive-​thru, so each experience is a little different, especially the time which you choose to arrive.
If you go at peak eating times, say lunch at noon or dinner at 7, be ready for it to be busy.
This time, my boyfriend and I checked in, ordered, and received food within 10 minutes and received a free Go Cup with purchase of meal after showing the coupon. They validated it, handed us our food, and we left on our merry way. It tasted good, and was only $ 13.10 for the two of us. That’s pretty good for two meals.

The boys really wanted a chicken pot pie. Can’t even believe I went in this place.
It does smell good though… unsure how they can sell this stuff so cheap? It was even cheaper if I agreed to let them get soda? So I got them the corn syrup waters and cheap chiken pies and they were in heaven. I did not have any of it.
Staff were super nice and the place was clean. Next time they will need to walk if they want pot pies.

So gross. Came here tonight. Not willingly. But figured I’d suck it up and give it a try. Had to repeat the order at least three times at the drive through because the girl taking our order was making so much noise moving things around that she couldn’t hear us. Checked the bag when we got the good but should’ve opened the boxes to make sure we had the food. No biscuits. Asked if we could get our second drink we ordered and she looked at us totally blank and said «oh…I didn’t put one on your order…»
Now we’re home with one drink. No biscuits. The grossest Mac and cheese I’ve ever tasted and a chicken breast the size of a Ping pong ball. Super excited for my dinner.
Never again.
