Andi-​Girl is Awesome!!!
I Love her Teaching and Intuitive style. Andi-​Girl has helped me on my incredible recovery journey of a total hip replacement due to being born with Hip Dysplasia.
So much healing, on so many different levels, can be achieved with this unassuming plastic ring and Wonderful Teacher.
If you want to play or dive deep with the Hoop. Andi is your Girl!

Loved this class! I was passing through the Ventura area and was lucky enough to take a hooping class at the Airealistic Circus and Flying School. What a score! Andi is a super fun and knowledgeable instructor and seriously can rock that hula hoop. Her comfort in her body and her joy to share what she knows makes for an awesome time. Time flew by, I definitely worked up a sweat, and walked away with a very worked core and buns and I went in a beginner and came out feeling like a novice. Not bad for one class:)
