Always good service when I come here. Most of the time I come here is because my little man like his cheeseburgers. It’s a fast food restaurant, so you can expect fancy service or fancy food. But definitely a place I come back to under regular basis.

This place is a disgrace to the Jack in the Box name!!! Every single time I go there it’s always An issue with my food. They mess up and look at you for being crazy for having them remake your food when it’s clearly on the ticket. The night manager clearly doesn’t know how to handle an upset customer. She just ignores you and acts like she’s not even there. Overall this jack in the box needs major improvement!!! And the 60 second rule they have is clearly a waste of time since most of the time the food is wrong!!! Disappointment!

Horrible guest service!!! seeing that they have a guest, will continue on with their conversation, when they make finally decide to make their way over they act as if its a burden to take the order. Not to mention the food taste and looks like it has been sitting there for hours. I would understand if it happened a few times, everyplace has those days, but its every single time. I rather drive across time then to waste my money here anymore.

Worst Jack in the box ever. So disgusting and dirty. My kids said there was human feces on men’s floor bathroom. I took my daughter to toilet and there was a homeless girl in there changing and while I was washing my daughters hands the girl was smoking her drugs already. Rushed out the restroom. Employees don’t care about there homeless and crack heads hanging around the restaurant or outside. Last time we come here.

My experience at Jack In the Box tonight was humiliating and ridiculous. The cashier over charged me and when I questioned the charge, the team leader Yasmin agreed to refund me but insisted that it was company policy that they take my picture along with my name and phone number. I feel this was unnecessary and violating especially after it was their mistake. I will take my business elsewhere after being treated like that. –Jennifer Turns out Jack in box does or had ever had any kind of policy to take photos of there customers after being over charged for there order. Dirty. I have been to many jack in the boxes, this one is on of the most depressing ones, crew seem like they hate their job. Tables are dirty and floor feels sticky.

Really dirty in there. Walked in and there was water all over the floor. Most of the tables were dirty and the soda fountain had used soda tops and straw wrappers all around it. This will be my last time coming to this place, ugh!

Worst place ever! I waited for our food(chicken and supreme croissants) for 30 min! There was 1 guy before me, and a few cars in the drive thru! When I finally got my food, they forgot to give me my juice! Oh there was some homeless people inside just hanging out.

Twice now when I’ve gone through the drive through for Munchie Meals, the girl handed it to me in such a way that the whole thing almost spilled everywhere. This last time she also handed me back my change with the coins on top of the bills. The coins slid off and fell to the ground. She said ‘oops, sorry’ and made no offer to give me change to replace it. Change isn’t a huge deal, the deal is that she didn’t try to right the situation.

Terrible service this morning, they payed little to no attention to customers whom were ether in line or waiting to ask for something. Most of their time was spent in the back working/talking or attending the drivethru, with five personnel on staff they couldve had more than just one person taking orders and going back and forth from drivethru to the front kiosk.

Two stars because they failed to double check my order and left out my Ultimate Cheese Burger. «Girl you know that there’s one thing that I love, and it’s not you I’m thinking of. I only eat one thing at Jack in the Box: the 2 for 99 cent tacos. This is one of the very, very, few Jack in the Box restaurants where they are served hot. Despite Jack’s ‘We don’t make it until you order it’ policy, at 98% of the locations I’ve visited the tacos are usually served lukewarm. I’ve been stopping by this location about once every 6 or 7 weeks for the last eight years. In all those visits, I’ve only got lukewarm tacos twice.(And the 2nd time it happened, I mentioned it to the manager on my following visit, and he replaced the tacos!). That’s an amazing level of consistency. Fast food outlets typically have a high rate of employee turnover. This store doesn’t seem to be an exception. But even with a perpetual parade of new employees passing through, this Jack in the Box location takes particular pride in preparing practically perfect tacos. One might ask, «why would anybody waste their time reviewing a Jack In The Box? All fast food restaurants are pretty much the same, right?» Maybe so. But some owners and managers do a better job of making sure employees are well trained and supervized. Some employees take their job more seriously than others. The team at this store is exemplary.
