Downright nasty! I literally had an issue the 1st week I moved into a home they managed(Stephanie and Barry). As per my lease obligation I was to report in a timely manner(and make a list) of all things that weren’t in order at the house — when I did this I was scolded, and called«demanding!» Who in the world talks to people like that??? And it’s been down hill ever since! DONOTRENT651STARBRIGHTCOURT in SIMIVALLEY — I discovered MOLD at the end of JULY and had significant health issues a few months prior to discovering. The MOLD was remediated but I still believe there is mold in other parts of the home. Paradise & the homeowner were not willing to reimburse me for hotel & medical MOLD related expenses incurred during the 3 ½ week process of finding the leak, testing the air, remediation, re-testing the air, etc., at 651STARBRIGHT in WOODRANCH/SIMI VALLEY. TRUSTME, you DONOT want to deal with these people!

I have never spoken to more rude person on the phone than I just did. I called Paradise Property Management to check availability of a property they have listed on their website. My 1 question was followed by 20 questions. When I told the guy I was only checking availability he told me to just answer his questions so he could«Save the property manager a phone call» Really? Isn’t the point of property managing to rent out the properties? Why try so hard to deter people from your business? And to top it all off the guy says«Well I’m the owner of the company.» Uhhh so? Does that mean you can just be a jerk to anyone who calls? I will not be calling this place again. And I suggest you don’t either.
