We took our 1972 Mobile Scout Vintage Trailer in for a clog in our bathtub drain from beach sand our guests had allowed down the drain. We also wanted our roof sealed and a new faucet in our kitchen. We also asked that they check our electric system and battery to see that all is well since we were confused why the electric seemed a bit inconsistent. At first glance it appeared all was well and the problem taken care of. I was happy to find an honest RV repair facility close to my home. This past week we rented our trailer to a group and set up for dry camping on the Rincon. Upon their arrival we immediately got a call informing us that they had no lights or outlets and no water(since the pump operated on battery). The battery had been charged just the day prior and was totally dead. I had to run and purchase a brand new fully charged battery and deliver it back to the beach for our guests. They then told me that one of the girls rinsed off in the tub with bottled water and that it was all plugged and that sand had come up from the drain. My husband left work and went down to the beach to see what was happening in the tub. Upon his inspection he discovered that the P vent, which was supposed to have been removed and cleaned of all sand and debris was impossible to remove because it obviously had not been removed in YEARS. We were billed for a service they never performed and when I called the company to ask about the work they had done, they were unable to find any record we had ever been there. I did get a bit upset and used a few swear words over the phone but then realized I may be calling the wrong company! I asked if they were located on Transport Street. They denied it and I apologized but once the crisis was over I looked again at my invoice of over $ 1000 to discover I had in fact called the correct company! Later that day I did get a voicemail from Gabriel the owner asking me «out of the blue» if all was well with the work they did on my trailer the prior month. Today I am unable to get a response from either the company phone or the owner’s cell phone. I will update if I get in touch with them.

BEWARE !!! We brought in our RV for A/C repair. They talked us into doing a lot of other repairs as well. They had our RV for over 1 month! We went picked it up while driving home the A/C cover blew off! Busted all up. They finally replaced it after about 3 weeks. The A/C is STILLNOTWORKING !!! It’s doing exactly the same thing that it was when we brought it in. We called them and were told that we need a new unit!!! Really. Why didn’t they tell us that before we paid them almost $ 1000. WATCHOUT.
