Best gun store, got all my needs from tony, best knowledge and great prices. Got my sig pro from him work great and my assault rifle with best upgrades, this store will be definitely my store to go

I had been in once simply to check it out and found the place warm and the staff helpful and catering. I went in today with the intention of purchase and I felt practically taken under wing. I was allowed to handle a small array of weapons before settling on a delightful Kel Tec shotgun. I learned a great deal and will be sure to stop by whenever I am in the neighborhood to access more of the staffs clear knowledge and good vibes. A great place we are very lucky as Venturans to have such a resource.

I’ve been in this shop 4 times and it’s been pretty bipolar depending on who is working. Anthony is extremely helpful, knowledgable, and tries to help out as much as possible. Customer service is definitely his strong point, if he was the owner I would give this business 5 stars.
The owner on the other hand, well he is quite the opposite. The first time I had ever been here I was looking for 22 ammo because I haven’t been able to shoot my 22 since a week after I bought it in 2012. I got buzzed in and walked right up front and was looking at their ammo. The owner who was on his cell phone didn’t say hi, how are you, how can I help you, no he just sat talking on his phone and looked pretty annoyed. I would have left but I saw 22 ammo and so I figured I might as well see how much it is.
After he finished his phone call he looked at me and just kind of slugged and said «what do you want». I asked how much the box was and it turned out to be 65 bucks or so for 500rds. Way to steep for me, I know it’s gone up due to everyone hording it but 65 bucks is crazy.
The second time I went in there and he was there it was almost the same as before. I walked in and he was on his phone and after a few mins he told whoever was on the phone to hold on for a second. My question was going to take more than a second. Well I asked him and he seemed more concerned about his phone call than to answer my question because he just told me to come back when Anthony was there. Not helpful at all whatsoever.
Well I went back when they were both there, and again Anthony was great, stoked on the gun I had and wanted the owner to
check it out, but instead the owner came out and started mocking my choice of gun lube and basically calling me an idiot, and seemed annoyed that I didn’t use his gun lube, instead of giving me helpful advise, or even mention the gun he thought it would be better to make me feel dumb.
So all in all, I would give this place a 2.5 star because one of the workers there I actually respect, but the owner is incredibly rude and has zero customer service skills. Probably will not be going back there again.

The best gun shop in the area. Very knowledgeable staff and educated me a lot on different ammo. Ive been looking for a specific gun and not one gun shop in. 50 mile radius had it except here. Great selection knowledgeable staff they have earned my business for life!

Recommend highly! I wanted to sell a gun I inherited, Since I have no knowledge about guns at all I shopped around and this store offered the best price. Very friendly and courteous, it was a better experience than I expected.

I just visited Red Seal Arms and was very disappointed. I went to the shop with my daughter because we have just started shooting and gun safety lessons and are looking to purchase 2 weapons that are good for small women and home protection. They buzzed us in but we were not greeted or helped for the 10 minutes we stood in the small shop. We looked in the cases & I kept trying to make eye contact with the man behind the register to no avail. They appeared to be chatting with a couple other customers who were finished with their purchases or just making small talk.
I was personally very disappointed because I felt that as 2 small females we were not worth their time or consideration. I actually work with active duty military and veterans and will certainly not recommend this shop to any of my associates. It’s really too bad because I only live 5 minutes from the shop and would have possibly been a good customer. Perhaps in the future they will be more attentive to all clientele. Thank you.
