Super Panda Buffet

While having dinner here, my girlfriend got stabbed in the mouth by a chicken claw! I quietly told the manager and rather than comping the meal, we got a 10% discount. Definitely not returning.

We went yesterday for lunch and we thought there’s shrimp or crab because it’s Saturday but unfortunately they don’t have any. All food was nasty. We won’t eat here again.

Panda Buffet gives a very wide selection of food for a very reasonable price. Where else can you host a birthday lunch for your mother-​in-​law for 15 people for under $ 150? The environment is clean, comfortable but almost institutional. Tables and booths in ordered rows, with sturdy but comfortable chairs.
The food ranges from pretty stock Chinese food to a nice selection of sushi to a gigantic salad and fruit bar with various other dishes thrown in. I love the noodles and crispy chicken wings. New today were jalapenos sliced in half, filled with ground, seasoned pork then baked. Delicious! Also new was a pepper beef with jalapeño slices, also very tasty for those who like it hot.
The servers are almost all young, Chinese but fairly proficient with English. They are attentive, prompt and cooperative with special requests.

This place was horrible. Food was bland, silverware wasn’t washed right, and the décor of the place was a mess. The carpet had a stench. I can’t eat a place were it’s not sanitary or well cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re picky person like myself.

I wouldn’t give a star but…
Everything tastes frozen. The spicy chicken tastes like fish. The bbq ribs were hard and I couldn’t bite into it. Noodles were dry. Food was cold. Jello had no flavor. The quality of the food here is garbage. I had to spit out some of my food in disgust.
It doesn’t help when the employees stand around & speak in a different language while looking at customers. Makes the customers feel like they’re talking about them.

Not so sure why so many people have beef with this place. Almost considered not going because of the reviews but I’m glad I went. For a BUFFET, it was everything I expected. It was actually a nice surprise because I didn’t have high hope after reading the reviews. Service was great and the place was fairly clean (for a buffet). I thought the food was pretty good and I will be back.

I seriously do not understand the bad reviews on here. I almost did not come here because of the ratings but once my roommate convinced me to check this place out I was not disappointed! Understating that it’s A BUFFET and NOT fine dining, I was satisfied with the food that was provided. In fact, this place is a couple notches above Hometown Buffet, and I also happen to like Hometown Buffet. On top of the great food I was eating, I was also receiving some outstanding customer service. Every couple of minutes I was asked if I wanted my empty plates removed and if I wanted a refill of water. I read a review that mentioned to not glance at the floor as it was the dirtiest floor they’ve seen in their life. Not only was the floor pretty clean, but so was the rest of the restaurant. I will DEFINITELY be back at this buffet!

If you are simple and are looking for a good meal then this is the place to go. Soups are good, there’s plenty of choices for dessert and everything is well organized. There’s usually always enough seating because it’s a large place. They have pretty good seafood and the Chinese food is edible. I’ve been coming here for many years and I honestly think it’s the best buffet in town. I love their crab n’ cheese and salmon. Prices are reasonable and you eat free on your birthday!

All of the food there has the same theme. Salty and bland. There were some interesting looking dishes of crab and shrimp but they were like I said, salty and bland. There was also some sushi that wasn’t that great. The worst ones were the California sushi roll that tasted it had spoiled avocado and the salmon sushi roll which was nothing but a piece of tasteless salmon on some very bland rice. Even the orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken was terrible. They had a bad old taste to them. However, despite the badness of the food we did have a good time there. We had contests trying to stomach the food which was difficult to do, especially with the shrimp that still had its eyes, skin and legs!

After avoiding this place for years, I gave it another try today. Every item was possibly the lowest quality available. Substandard food prepared for a blah buffet. Won’t be back.

It’s okay if you go because you just want to stuff your face with mostly flavorless food. However do NOT look at the floor. I repeat, do NOT even glance at the floor. I’ve eaten in dives all over the world, and this place takes the cake for the dirtiest floors I’ve seen in my life. Don’t believe me? Walk in and toward where the soda machines are. It’s absolutely filthy. The windowsills aren’t much better. It’s dirty, yo. Really dirty. But the staff was friendly and quick. And the sushi was okay as was the soup. Just. Dont. Look. Down.

I feel bad giving this review. Our service was good. I love buffets. But this place was 99 cent store frozen crap. If it was home made I would be absolutely shocked and wmbarrassed. They had California sushi rolls which were great. But the cooked food was hprrible. The smell in that place was of bad fish. I wish I knew the people who served us. Sad lunch.

Well food was typical for a buffet some good and some bad. Bathrooms are like a homeless person bathhouse… quite disgusting. Took me asking waitress 3 times for a refill. I will not be back.

This place has a really bad service it’s ridiculous that we have to be getting up and asking for more drinks or tea and when they bring the tea they put the hot tea next to my baby when he is only a year old he could of got it and burned him self and apart of all that we have to ask for forks and we have to take the dirty plates we used to them. Apart of all that, they sit us next to a storage room that we constantly have to worry about scooting in so they can get through us & The place isn’t clean what so ever.

You’re better off going to Home Town Buffet. Salad bar literally consisted of ice burg lettuce croutons and ranch dressing. They advertise crab legs and shrimp as if it’s a seafood buffet, but there were no crab legs, and the shrimp was from a freezer or way too salty. We were seated behind the bar and the second we sat down I wanted to jump up and leave, the carpet smelled like cat pee, the silverware was crusty. The place was so awkward and depressing, a lot of the food that had been sitting under the heat lamps had already hardened over, or had a weird film that had settled on top. Just saying

I used to go here all the time! They were clean and friendly. Loved their, Crab dish and they have this peanut butter chicken to die for! They used to be so good. The last few times the food wasn’t as good and sometimes even cold. Don’t think we will be stopping in any time soon. So disappointed they went down hill!

My family and I had been going to this buffet for a while. I was never a huge fan, and I was surprised that my mom was! Progressively I started hating it! The place is disgusting, their floors are so dirty, their dishes aren’t washed well! My mom picked up a spoon that was filthy! How gross! The service is terrible, they bring the check after like the second plate, and they never ask if we’d like refills! We paid nearly $ 50 for 3 people, which was completely not worth it at all! Never going here again, don’t recommend it at all!

I came here because I had 15 minutes to grab lunch after running errands. I figured with the buffet I could get in and out quickly. Having been to Chinese buffets in the past, I kinda knew what I was getting into.
Unfortunately, it was worse than expected. It’s more a buffet in a cheap food court or dining commons than it is a Chinese buffet.
In all honesty I ate what little over sauced chicken and beef I could, just paid and left. The other reviewers, including the hidden/​blocked reviewers, are telling the truth– it really is that bad. If I were to do it over I would probably skip lunch instead. I will not be back.

Yuck. Just terrible. Not even the salad was good.
Such a terrible choice to come here. First of all, I’m allergic to shellfish. I wasn’t expecting almost every dish to be shellfish. The very little bit of food that didn’t have shellfish that I could eat was cross contaminated. I ended up with hives, stomach ache, and feeling ill for hours. The food is just sloppily thrown into the containers. Weird food choices «Peanut butter chicken» ???
They tried to charge us dinner price when we clearly came an hour before during lunch time. When we tried to explain what happened they pretended not to speak English. Fortunately, we were able to get the price back to lunch price after a great deal of explaining.
When we were walking out the cooks were all standing around the dumpster smoking. Gross.
NEVER AGAIN.

This is the worst buffet I’ve been to.
The food quality is horrible. They’re stale, dry, old, and just bad. The place is nice outside but crappy in the inside,
Place needs renovation.
And I saw one of the workers put the new batch of food just on top of the old ones. So if a customer were to grab some from the bottom, they would have gotten the super old batch of even more horrible food .
