Nejame Pool Specialists, Inc.

I used Nejame pools for my pool renovation a few years ago and have never had a worse experience with a vendor before or since. They took our money, and when we started to have problems, they were impossible to reach. They refused to answer our calls for help when the concrete patio they installed started to crack, the pool light kept falling out, the skimmers didn’t work properly, and the tiles popped out.
We lived with the mistakes even though it caused lots of problems and needs for service calls from divers and pool companies to fix the problems that each new summer season would bring. Now, several years later, we are having to renovate the pool all over again to rectify all the mistakes NeJames made. They were all about sales — not service. I feel sorry for anyone who is fooled by the sales pitch and ends up using them.
