I have read a ton of negative reviews on this store, and frankly I am surprised. Having a ton of problems with the Sprint Store and T-Mobile Stores the bar was really low. The team at this store was great. We have 3 lines, 2 tablets and more and we are so happy with the service a this AND the Arlington Heights location we are about to move a bunch of more lines over. We are fans.

Worst customer service ever. Store manager Mr ART is rude guys who don’t have basic speaking skills . He always say I can do any thing in this even though it’s not AT&T rules . Will never visit this store again.

Service is lacking three people that work here standing around talking that work here and they make me wait. What kind of service is that. They open the door for you but can’t sell you a phone .wish I had time to go to Mac. Argggg waiting for 32 minutes and there are clerks available the break room opened bunch sitting around in the back

Feel so ripped off! Thought I was purchasing apple-care but in fact it’s ATTs insurance for 9.99/mo. every month. Replacement of my damaged phone was 200 $. Had to first visit apple store for diagnosis, then fill out paper claim forms, submit them with affidavit and ID, wait for review, wait for a phone to be mailed to me, mail back the old phone and finally return to the ATT store for activation. If I had Apple-Care it’s a flat 99 $ for two years insurance, 79 $ to replace the phone which they would have done on the spot at the Apple store.

Alright me and my family have been using AT&T for years and this has been the go to location for us. Every time we have a problem, every time we have a concern we just pop on in and they help us out. Just this last time I had a warranty issue and they did everything in their power to make my life easier when they could have told me to go and pound sand and call a 1800#(I am guessing the decent service is why it’s always busy) anyway I had to give this location and it’s staff props keep doing what you do and we will keep coming back thanks guys.

I grew up with AT&T while my boyfriend grew up with Comcast. When we moved into our condo he signed us up for Comcast right away before I could say anything. After a few months of paying more than we should have been for comcast, I finally got him to go into the vernon hills AT&T store. We were greeted first thing(actually before we got through the door) and helped promptly. We worked with Arban who was very kind and knowledgable. We’ve been back a couple times to get our cell phone plans merged and there has been the same level of professionalism each time.

Can you give no stars??? I am actually writing about AT&T in general. DONOTBESNOWED by their UVerse offerings. The customer service is so sub par, it’s negligible. We just had techs here ALLDAY to add UVerse to our ATT phone and internet. All day? Really? It is over 12 hours later and the tech never made sure the phones worked properly and… they do not. I waited 10 minutes just for a UVerse support individual in some outsource venue, they had no idea what to do but held me captive for 45 minutes anyway, finally sent me to 2nd tier(stateside) who discovered the problem but could do nothing since that department WASCLOSEDUNTILTHEMORNING! What? Supposedly it’s a glitch. THISNEVERHAPPENEDWITHCOMCAST. That’s all folks. ATT is truly a mess. Such horrible customer service as to be laughable.
