Unlike the other reviewer, I received great customer service when I visited on a slow Tuesday afternoon. I wanted to try a dress that I had seen on the mannequin at the store on Monroe Street in the city since I have walked past it every day to get to work. Unfortunately this store does not carry the dress. But the saleswoman was more than willing to help and even offered to call the Monroe St. store to have it held for me so I could go try it on. She was very helpful and even suggested dresses that would be similar. I recently went in on a Wednseday evening and again, received great customer service. I was informed of the sales and specials and was asked if I needed help. I definitely will be back and don’t see any of the issues Chrisitne P. mentioned. Then again, I haven’t come when they were preparing to close so maybe I will do that and see if the treatment is the same as she mentioned.

Wow. I didn’t think it was possible to walk in to a retail clothing establishment in this economy and receive such piss poor service. Sure, it was an hour before closing time, but we were the only ones in the store and both employees were folding clothes, didn’t stop to acknowledge us and when we tried to ask questions, they flat out ignored us. We walked out of there and neither one of these folding machines even looked up. Congrats ladies: your store will be nicely folded and no one will ever buy anything because the sales people are such aloof asses.
