Awful Awful place…
I have never in my life been treated as awful as I was here at Praxis PT. The owner embarrassed me in front of his office staff and the patient’s. Over a miss communication. Since when does a owner do that… That is a first for me!
Michael E. Kordecki is a very rude and nasty man and just a bully! His military back sure shows (and that is RUDE. This man needs to be taught how to speak to his customer’s. How he can continue to be in business when he spoke to me in the manner he did Is a bit strange!!! If this how he deals with his customers I am surprised he is still in business… I would never recommended this place for any kind rehabilitation (P.T. or O. T) and any kind of a brace for your shoulders knees etc…
Do not waste your time with this place at all. He run’s it very mom & pop. Only take’s Blue Cross Blue Shield ! Really only one form of insurance!, if you are not on that plan he will treat you like dirty. In today’s world with how many different Ins. company’s that are out there I found that to be a bit strange. that they take only 1 form of insurance. I also asked to have some forms emailed to me before we came in so I could fill them out before hand and they could not do that! It seems the one person who can do was not working that week and know one else was capable of doing it in his office staff. Mike teach your office staff how to scan and email. Just a suggestion! It is a bit strange that you only have one person who can do that! Neg Stars. Mike go and learn how to speak to people, you are rube, nasty and a bully! Hope you read this review. There are so many Great PT around why anyone would waste there time with your practice is beyond .
