Excellent customer service, ordered solid surface tub and they identified a flaw prior to shipping. Excellent quality management process in place. They contacted us to discuss our options. Because we needed the tub quickly (1 week & we are on the east coast) it resulted in the decision to change from a high gloss to the matte finish, and the change actually looks exceedingly nice given that the other finishes are muted or matte with fixtures being glossy. We could not be happier with how ADM managed the issue and helped us to resolve. In addition, they were excellent in addressing questions that came up prior to installation. We are recommending them to others doing bathroom remodels.

I purchased 5000 square feet of Bourban engineered hardwood floors from ADM on 1÷10÷16 for a new house I am building. I am currently installing the floors. They are beautiful.
