I would second Bruce’s review. The drive through is very fast and they always seem to get my order right. However, going inside is just a bad idea. The staff is untrained in terms of dealing with the public. There is lots of swearing — LOTS. Staff is loud and inappropriate and not very friendly… I always get the feeling that they don’t want any actual customers in the store. It also seems way overstaffed. Seeing «behind the curtain» makes me a little skiddish about eating some of the prepared food there…

This is probably the worst location for a Dunkin Donuts — EVER! Staff is great inside, and for some reason, they are not allowed to accept tips. Drive through is fast, but inside the store, the layout is stupid. Navigating the parking lot and even getting into the plaza is challenging and dangerous.

West Hartford, CT
Experiences at Dunkin’ vary widely. This one is a new location in a small storefront on the outskirts of Vernon. And it’s really not all that great.
I got to watch associates skipping through the small dining area. I got to hear associates cursing out experiences with customers a large volume.
I’ll give them credit, the drive through is efficient. But if you’re going to use this location, I wouldn’t go inside. It’s pretty ridiculous.
