Staff is usually friendly, especially one guy who works at the cash registers and treats everyone who comes in like his best friend. Nice change of pace in the morning when everyone is usually grumpy.
Have never had issue with my drink order but if you go through the drive thru CHECK YOUR BAG. They have often given me the wrong donut and recently gave my vegetarian boss a sandwich with bacon after she had said no bacon.

The staff and service at this DD is fantastic.
I always enjoy heading into here because the same familiar faces are behind the counter.
The one downfall is that if you visit later on in the afternoon, they seem to run out of a lot of the basics. I can’t blame the staff, it isnt their fault. The location is extremely busy because it sits on a power corner in Coventry and let’s be honest, there isn’t much in the town to begin with. That being said, they should order more product and keep the place stocked.
My coffee is always correct, the food is always fresh and they have a drive-​thru (great for rainy weather). They have nice picnic tables over on the lawn for beautiful sunny days.
Clean bathrooms and clean location. One of the better DD’s I have visited in the state!

Often doesn’t have what’s advertised on menu. Have gone inside & drive thru. I recommend going inside as you have a shot at getting what you order as long as you’re standing there pointing at it. Last drive thru order was dozen assorted donuts 2 of which were actually ordered the rest ??? Didn’t know until I got home. It’s clean and tidy, though not unusual as it was just updated.

I’ve begged them to only put a little sugar in my coffee but every time it’s as thick as syrup. I’m going to have to carry sugar packets in my car if I ever want to get a coffee there that’s not 50% sugar.

The drive-​thru in the mornings are very effecient, even if there is a long line of cars. The employees are very pleasant and they never made a mistake on my order (which is usually bagels).
