Cork and Tapas

Pretty disappointing evolution of this wine bar in name only. Menu has become pretty limited, and the staff is not at all knowledgable about wine. If any town should be able to support a wine bar, it’s Vero.
If the owners are reading, here’s a few suggestions:
Offer some flights — a white flight, a red flight, a Cab flight, a Pinot Noir flight, a Summer sipping flight, a BBQ flight. Give your customers some variety and interesting new flavors, and we’ll probably buy more wine. I know I would.
Offer better food. Portions are too small for the price, and generally not great with wine.
Educate your staff. Teach your team how to open a bottle, pour, store, and refill. Give them some talking points about the wine selection so that they become more expert. I always feel better about someone’s suggestion if they present themselves as an authority. it’s not hard to learn a bit about wine, and Vero has plenty of educated service people who can talk the talk about wine.
As a customer, I’d be much more satisfied with this kind of experience, which makes me more likely to come back frequently, even regularly to your establishment, and spend more money at each visit because I like how you treat me and you bring value to my wine experience.
Vero has a LOT of people with disposable income looking for a good place to drink. You could be it, but you have to do the work.

This is one of my husband and mines favorite places. Friendly people, great food and wine! Love to sit outside! Hookah is fun too!

Great wine list, I love to order the flight and taste all new wines.
The tapas options are yummy, great to sit relax, have some wine and a light dinner.
Wish there was more variety.

Went to cork a couple of times this week for happy hour. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff with good selection of wine and homemade sangria. Tappas were good not fantastic. Good place to go for a nice glass of wine and to listen too some music.

Had a lovely experience here. A surprising gem in Vero. Everything we ate was delicious.

I stumbled upon Cork by accident. I was leaving Publix and saw it out of the corner of my eye. I thought «a wine bar!!! In VERO!!!» I had to try it.
Later that evening, we stopped by for a quick drink before dinner. I fell in love with it! It’s warm, inviting, and very urban/​trendy. They have a nice selection of wines that constantly rotates (including some of the bigger names in Napa) and a few snacks to munch on. They work with local cheese shops, chocolate shops, etc. to supply to grub. I dig it.
If you’re in the mood to relax with a few girlfriends or another couple, stop by! I’m so glad I did.
