Chili’s

My wife and I stopped by this location on the way past one day. Very glad we did. The food was typical Chili’s, and that is meant in the best way possible. We’ve had good luck here, and this visit was no different. When my wife and I dine out, we generally like to have a good time, and engage our server in the fun, unless they show they just aren’t interested. We must have caught our server on a day when she wasn’t having such a good time. To our surprise, she not only rose to the occasion, she told us that we had made her day. For us, it doesn’t get much better. There’s no sense in being miserable, life’s too short. So for us, it was a good visit all the way around. Go ahead, make someone’s day.

Surprisingly tasty Monterey chicken salad, and absolutely delicious and fresh tableside guac, coarsely chopped, and served with warm chips and salsa. Our waitress was a hard worker and a sweetheart. Gave us an entire bag of fresh chips to take home with the rest of our guac, bonus points. Love the table credit card mini kiosk machine to pay my bill when i’m ready, and to give feedback on the service. Very easy to use. One star deduction for no WiFi and lame draft beer selection, but I was otherwise very pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the experience. Fair prices, good food, great service. It’s Chili’s, nothing life changing, but not a bad stop after a long day.

We wanted to stop at a place we could count on good quality food for lunch. This is a chain and I seldom give any chain higher than a three. The service was good, the waitress was attentive and the food was good. My wife and I tried the fried pickles appetizer and enjoyed them. So really I would say 3.5 overall.

Good food. Sit in the lounge (bar area) for happy hour deals and half off appetizers. No budweiser draft was a little disappointing so I ordered a bud light draft and they were out. Bud bottle does the trick but happy hour deals only apply for draft beers. Staff seems very friendly. Good experience minus the beer.

I love the chips and salsa. I hate to admit that i like a chain but I do! I love the chicken tacos and salads. There, I admit it!

My boyfriend and I eat at this Chili’s several times a month. For some reason, they always try to seat us in the bar area, and we always have to ask to sit in a booth in the dining room. But they always happily seat us in the dining room.
We personally love the food at Chili’s. We always get chips & salsa (sometimes queso) to start. My favorite thing on the menu is the grilled chicken sandwich, and I always get it with rice. I LOVE their rice. It’s my favorite rice anywhere. On Fridays I sometimes get their fish fry, which is very good, but greasy. And on occasion I get their chicken fingers.
My boyfriend really likes their burgers, and their bacon ranch quesadillas. When we went on Friday, they have a new upgraded menu. They even have pizzas and flatbreads now. We haven’t tried them yet, but they do look good.
We always get good service at this Chili’s. Last month, we did have our orders screwed up — I specifically ordered NO CHEESE on my grilled chicken, and it came with cheese, and my boyfriend ordered his burger well done, and it was really red inside. So we had to send both back. We were told it had something to do with new equipment they got. The manager did come over to apologize and offered us free desserts if we wanted (which we chose not to get).
We rarely have a complaint at Chili’s. Overall, the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious.

Slow slow slow. Place was basically empty. Took forever for service Friendly but not timely.

Good place to take young kids as it is very noisy and you won’t bother others if your kids get a little old. On the other hand if you’re looking for a nice quiet meal … Keep driving.
The food is typical chain. A good selection to choose from and a moderate cost. Family of 4 (2 adults /​2 kids) can eat for around $ 40 with appetizer and soft drinks included.

We have kids and even though there was no one else in the entire restaurant they refused to let us sit at a booth. I ordered tacos which appeared to be sitting in dish water after being microwaved. I will never ever eat here again.
