Instead of working to improve service attitude toward customers –THIS company merely closed shop abruptly. Perhaps they are experiencing financial trouble within their corporate system.
This Rochester, NY Metro area, particularly the well to do southeast suburbs, has a remarkably resilient & diversified high-​technology economy. Investment offices, highend restaurants & boutiques abound! Many new highend retailers are coming in here all the time & doing very profitable business! –even during the recession! If a store can’t «make a huge profit» HERE, there is something SERIOUSLY WRONG with that company!!! I wouldn’t believe any lame «Public Relations» excuse or apology emanating from one of their corporate flunkies!
