SOOOOO worth it!!!
First, it’s a fun store to explore. My son introduced me to it first. You have fun seeing new concepts without pressure.
When time came for me to get a new sofa, I needed something for a longer narrow room. It was a risk since the room was hard to fit. I checked other stores: selections were limited, or complicated to deliver, or salespeople made shopping uncomfortable
But here at Lovesac, I got no pressure and plenty of support: positive store reps, people available by phone, email, online chat, and online info including YouTube videos showing how it all worked. I had been worried about whether this would work for my situation — they reassured me that they have free returns within 30 days and stand by their word. And it comes right to your door!
Once we got our Sactional, I had to try all the different ways it could be put together. We tried a different setup in this narrow room every few days — it was like buying a whole set of furniture items! It was fun too.
I had planned on changing color scheme of this room but the furniture tied it all together so nicely that I like it how it is right away and can save redecorating for another time.
The cost may seem higher than what you’re used to, but these are much MUCH sturdier than anything I’ve ever had and so many guarantees and so much versatility. I’m really happy with our purchase and am telling all my friends, family and coworkers!!!
