Old Navy

I used to be big into Old Navy a few years ago which can be clearly shown by the amount of Old Navy apparel I have in my closet. However as time went on, the quality of the clothes definitely dropped. A lot of the clothes I purchased from Old Navy started to tear in about a week after wearing them. On the other hand, this is the only Old Navy I have been to where the clothes don’t break apart after a week’s use.
Out of all the Old Navy’s in the Rochester area, this is my preferred choice even though it’s quite a drive to get here but it sure beats the Greece location that I am subjected to whenever I visit the mall. There is plenty of space in this Old Navy to walk around in and the staff keep it an excellent shape but I guess that’s the «Victor» standard because even the shops surrounding in it are nothing less then near perfect in presentation. As I said before about the staff, the ones who are employed in this location will treat you with a great amount of respect and kindness that really is hard to find in other locations. I never had any issues with any certain employee and was even complemented by one at one point… even though I was a bit embarrassed by that.
When it comes to the clothing selection, women have it made for them here. Unfortunately, this causes the men’s area to be a bit lackluster in selection. I’m not saying it’s tiny, it’s just that I wish there could be a bit more of a selection when it comes to shirts. Strangely enough though, they have an excellent clearance area for both men and women and I am proud to say I was not disappointed at all with what I have found out of all the times I’ve come here. This area can get a little messy in comparison to the rest of the store but overall, it’s well worth the digging through to find a gem for a low price.
In the end, I am very satisfied that this Old Navy has managed to stay one step above the others in terms of clothing quality, customer service, and cleanliness. While I may hate the drive, the pay off is well worth the visit.

A great place to find some staple items and other cute things. You can always find great deals and coupons to make those great deals even better. As previously said, not always the best quality but they have what you need and for a great price. I like to come here and look around find some cute tops or simple sun dresses.
Always friendly staff and a great variety for the whole family.

Even when I pack at 4am and come to NY without anything to lounge around in like sweats and t shirts, Old Navy came to my rescue.
No not always the best quality, and be weary of buying dark colors some of the black clothing fades fast. But in a pinch and for good basics you don’t plan to wear for a long time this suits.
