Massage Envy Spa Victor

I have been a member at the Victor location for over a year. In regards to the massage therapy services; most of them have been satisfying if I was to get specific therapists, other therapists did not appear to really have a grasp of how to complete a safe and effective massage. I decided to cancel my membership as I am now a member at a gym that also has a spa and I would prefer to keep all my services at one location. I worked with Sheila from Victor in regards to cancelling my membership and I have to say that my interaction with her was less than pleasant. I had several poor interactions with her prior when calling to book a massage, so I knew that I should not be surprised. She made the simple process of cancelling my membership (which was already expired) difficult and exhausting. She had no clue how to do her job and would give rude responses when trying to clarify the steps. I asked to speak to her manager, who I was told is Mr. Haskins. He was supposed to call me the next day and never did. I called to try to speak with him and was told (by Sheila) that he was on a very important phone call and she wasn’t sure when he could call me back. I asked for her to at least confirm she received the fax AND email of my cancellation paperwork and she stated that she could not check because they were in the office with Mr. Haskins and she didn’t know when she could have access.
The massages at the Victor location definitely were not good enough to be dealing with these issues trying to end my membership. I definitely recommend using another spa for massage services.

IMO… Really depends on specific massage therapist you get. Ellissa, Melissa and Kelly are my favorites. They are GREAT, Staff is very nice.

I am very bummed to see all these reviews I got an amazing massage and signed up for the year plan. I hope my experience is better. It does bother me however to hear how they treat there employees. I wish I had read this before. My therapist seemed great. And very pleasant I did feel a little ambushed and the attendant seemed a little phony. But the price was right I will see how it goes.
