I’ve made a few purchases recently @ this Sears in recent months and am concerned about the overall level of despair here. Outside of the appliance department, there’s a total disinterest and lack of attention paid to customers. The last purchase I made was for a pair of headphones. I had to get the sales clerk to adjust the price(last week’s sales tag was still posted) and had to wait twenty minutes for a manager to come over to approve the price change. During the course of the transaction, the sales clerk told me I could leave and the transaction would be recorded. I opted to wait for the manager, and when the manager arrived she brusquely entered her password, processed the price change and then left. No apologies, no thanks for shopping at Sears. All in all, it was a very unpleasant transaction.

Just saying, America has been an English speaking country since our inception. Why is every 3rd song played in Sears, Spanish? Same company that was one of the first to open on Thanksgiving and last to close on Christmas Eve. Probably won’t be spending my $ there!

while i was super excited about the new«kardashian kollection». I was extremely letdown. Only 2 racks of the great collection was completely depressing. Won’t be going back.
