Awesome customer service. Solstice frequently runs deals such as Take $ 25 off or get $ 25 gift cards for every $ 100 you spend. The people who work there really know their products, especially the manager. He’s pretty amazing. I wish I worked with people at my job who had the same attention to detail, enthusiasm and can-​do attitude (pretty sad when you think about what my job is). But seriously, the store deserves 5 stars for him alone. He had all the info, worked his butt off to get us the best deals, let us return and then re-​buy (!!) our sunglasses to save us money. If that isn’t great work, I don’t know what is. All the employees have always been very professional. The prices are standard per designer brands. My husband bought a gorgeous pair of Persols and I got a pair of Maui Jim aviators. They gave us extra cleaning towels, extra cases, tightened my glass for me, knew the specifications of every pair I picked up without missing a beat, and generally made us feel like they were going the extra mile. Also not overbearing while you browse. Highly recommend.
