Looking for a property management company that doesn’t care if their tenants pay rent? Then All Gold is the one for you!!! Month after month, we have to call All Gold to remind them that the tenant in our house has not paid rent. You have to force All Gold to file a 3 day or quit, otherwise they are content to have the tenant continue to live in your home rent free. They are contstantly siding and empathising with the deadbeat renter. It’s ridiculous. We’re in the process of firing them but it’s a lot harder than it sounds. A 30 day notice is required from All Gold and then you have to collect all the appropriate paperwork to hand over to the new company. All Gold is WAY worse under the new management. Totally incompetent. Workers and the owner believe the business can just run itself. INRESPONSETOALLGOLD: 1. I am the real owner. The property is owned by BOTH my husband and I. The title is in my name too. I think that counts. 2. We NEVER requested that All Gold work with this dead beat renter. It was All Gold’s recommendation that we work with the renter. Perhaps it was one of their family members, I don’t know why they sided with this non-paying loser. After months of non-pay or partial payments, we finally put our foot down. Even after we put our foot down, All Gold fought for the renter, making things as difficult as possible for us. All Gold NEVER filed a three day or quit. This is one of many reasons why we changed management. Even then, All Gold made it difficult for us to leave, citing the 30 day notice in the contract. 3. I would not say the tenant voluntarily moved out. The tenant was still living in the house when we switched management. We had to file an eviction, and at the last minute he moved out so he wouldn’t have the eviction on the record. While it’s true he left the property undamaged, he left us with a $ 300 utility bill and he reaped two months of free rent out of us. We chose not to pursue collections with this loser because you can’t get blood from a stone
