When the a/c is out during a heat wave, tell your customers coming in before they have to use the menu for a fan. It’s way too hot in here to be comfortable. You need to close until it can be fixed, not let you sweat it out with the employees. More than pissed. Add terrible service to the list. I’m out of here!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I had a party of eight took 10 mins to get drinks and took another 10 minutes to place an order. I totally understand being understaffed and having a lot on your plate, I was once a server. But it is how you handle the situation, no «I’ll be right with you» nothing. Then one order was wrong twice and my order completely wrong. I asked for jalapeños and they forgot to put them in and just put a pile of cold ones on the plate not to mention other things wrong. The manager never once came over instead he joked around with his staff. The server never once said sorry for the mistakes. Horrible customer service!!! I WOULDNOTRECOMMENDCOMINGHEREEVER.

I have been coming to this location since the 1980s and have always been a fan, prices are reasonable, food is delicious and the service is also pretty good. Last week I was somewhat let down due to the fact that the order tickets were misplaced and our food wound up being late by about 40 minutes, thankfully, we weren’t in a hurry and the food was made fresh when they caught the error. I will eat here again, one so-so experience doesn’t put me off, but I do hope they do better next time I am here.

The service sucked. There was maybe 4 other families there, it took 25 minutes or longer to get 3 waters. I had ordered toast with my grand slam which was completely burnt on one side of each piece and was turned to hide that side. I was so thankful that the waiter had accidentally dropped it and had to get me new toast till he brought it out 20 minutes later and it was not toasted at all. It was bread with butter on it. All of our food was cold. And the waiter very rarely came to check on us. He never even came back after dropping off my non toasted toast.

Went there before heading to Laughlin. I had the green skillet entrée. Our waitress Jasmin R suggested i try that sunce she enjoyed it. I did try it since i was contemplating on another one. Was so delicious and that chicken sausage. Yummy! Needless to say our experience was great and the food was served hot just the way food should be. Never thought i would rate Dennys. Glad they are serving more varieties than in my high school years.

Food was good. Food csme within 15 minutes despite being busy at midnight. This location is on the way hime from las Vegas so you can imagine how busy it csn get especially after being stuck in traffic for over 2 hours from the Nevada border to here. Here’s the bad part. My partner got her order but I either got someone else order or they got the chicken fried steak dinner mixed up with breakfast items. Also no utensils came with our meal. Had to flag down the waiter again. Only on cook on duty on a Sunday? With huge Vegas crowds coming home? I hold the management responsible for any issues. Not sure if we will eat here again. We were just hungry and needed to get off road for a break.

I would certainly bypass this dennys if you want service. We waited quite awhile just to put our order in and another 20−30min for eggs and pancakes. Just keep on driving by…

There were so many tables open, and it took freaking forever to be seated. Like. why? There were SOSOMANYTABLES and yet it took like 20 minutes! Um there are lots of older folks here. I had a cranberry apple chicken salad(without any chicken) I told the waitress that I didn’t want any chicken and she said that’s fine but that there would be NO price adjustment.(What is that man??? Most restaurants have price adjustments if the main/most expensive ingredient of the dish is asked to be removed.)

Today 11÷3÷15 I arrived at this location to purchase a salad to go. I waited 35 minutes for a salad. I was offered a free drink to compensate for the wait time, however when I got back to work to eat, my avocado chicken bacon salad had NO avocado, 3 strips of chicken and one piece of burned bacon. I called and spoke to the manager which led me no where because all he did was try to justify why the salad looked the way it did, then he asked me to call back because he had customers and was busy.

Stopped here for a quick bite while passing through. Typical Denny’s. Neither great nor bad. We did have to wait longer than normal as apparently the hostess who seated us never told the waiter? Whatever… Anyway it filled is up and we were on the road again.

I love Dennys hearty breakfast skillet and stopped at this particular Dennys to eat during a road trip. We waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged by our waiter and then after we ordered it took over 30 minutes to get our food… gosh it’s an egg not chateaubriand!!! The restaurant was not crowded at all and I counted at least 3 waiters on the floor and at least 2 cooks. No silverware on the tables and 20 minutes into our wait for our food I heard someone realize this and then someone said there are no more clean plates LOL! I eat at the Dennys by my house at least 2 times a week and never experienced such poor service. My skillet wasn’t even as good as the one I get near my home.

The food is good as I expect from Denny’s. This particular restaurant happens to need a good cleaning. I sat in a booth by windows that are in desperate need of dusting. The décor is old and needs updating. Customer service is fine.

I am extremely unsatisfied with this Denny’s. I called in a togo order at 11:30 and was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. So I went in 20 minutes later and sat for another 40 minutes before my food was even brought out to me. At no time did the hostess offer me any explanation or even offer to sit me down, or bring me a glass of water. At about 12 p.m. she told me that the cooks were making my order to which I replied, What? I called in the order 30 minutes ago!” She didn’t have much to say for herself. Not only was she scatter brained on the phone when she took my order, but it also seems she forgot to put it in, resulting me me wasting my time sitting there waiting for your staff to do their jobs. So, when the food finally came out– I thought to myself– this food better be nice and fresh and HOT. What do you think happened? No, my burger was stone cold and the fries as well. There was no apology, no offer of refunding my monies. Disgusting service, bad food, and a lost customer. I’ll never order from this location again. I guess I’ll be going to your competition from now on at Richies Diner.

Came here with the family and had a mediocre experience. First, my daughter got a kids menu and it had been colored in. Asked for a second one, and IT was colored in. Then, we waited over 30 minutes for our food. I asked for my burger plain because I do not like pickles or tomatos. Especially because whatever they touch they leave a taste and odor. Of course, when it arrived, it had everything I didn’t want on it. When my wife’s pancakes arrived, they were overcooked and black! Seriously? How do you ruin pancakes? The waitress, Rahkea, was friendly, but was extremely overshadowed by the awful food. Denny’s does discriminate against people: anyone who is hungry or is in a hurry.

I ate here last weekend. What an experience. Lets just get right down to the details. Food — Decent. Wasn’t bad, and definitely WASNOT great. It tastes like what you would expect from a Dennys. I would give the food 2 ½ Stars. Service — My waiter was Max, he was hella koo. He made sure our dinks were refilled, was very polite and pleasant. I would give his service 4 Stars. Wait time — We were told it would be a 10 minute wait for our party of 8. It took them 45 minutes to seat us. Thats 4 times the wait they quoted us. Cleanliness — «0». The bathrooms are disgusting, an our table had food, spilled drinks etc. on it when we were being seated. The hostess had to clean the table herself to seat us. Resturaunt Vibe — Literally this resturaunt felt like a damn«WELFAREOFFICE». No BS. From the amount of bad Azz kids that were crying on the floor and their parents were not doing a damn thing about it, to the trailer lookin teenager who passed out across the bench in the waiting area, to the 3 seniors who were lugging around their oxygen tanks with masks attached to their faces, to the 2 bum azz tweakers who came in with a puppy stuffed in their coat, this place literally felt like a damn«WELFAREOFFICE». It was Terrible. I will not eat at this Dennys again.

This Denny’s has a special place in my heart. I grew up with it. Family lunches when we occasionally went to a «real restaurant»(we were poor), then food after homecoming dances, 3AM meetups with friends when I visited from college, post-club sober-up food, etc. It’s been around for years and has seen me grow up(and probably thinks I’m a drunk as an adult, if walls could talk). I came here on Christmas Eve to meet an old, dear friend, since it was either that or hanging out with mothers or grandmothers. Denny’s food isn’t bad and gets an unfair rep, but isn’t memorable. It’s Denny’s. You come here because it’s dependable, it’s open late, and where else can you go on Christmas Eve? They even have a Hobbit menu, entirely in Spanish! If that’s not a selling point, I don’t know what is. Our waiter was sweet and a little forgetful. But we lingered for hours, were left alone for the most part, got to relax, and drink lots of coffee and fries that were smothered in cheese, ranch, and bacon. That’s why I love Denny’s and especially this one.
