Facilities not clean… bathrooms and tables were dirty. Had to wipe down a table to sit at since none of them were clean. Had to pay for the sauces. Would not dine at this location again.

Just saw the new commercial. The actor sounds like a pervert. That us one of the reasons we no longer go there. That and the food is too greasy and salty. The Cole slaw is awesome but I won’t go there just for that. My husband and I are old enough to remember the original Colonel and thus new colonel takes away all credinility.

I went there today around 5:45. When I got home which is 40 minutes away from Victorville I noticed that my 20 pieces of hot wings were raw. I called to complain right away because this is not the first time this happens and they have told me that they can not cook them longer cuz they’ll burn & I they don’t do refunds, really why would they burn if they’re cook right. Anyways the manager expected me to go all the way back to bring him back the raw chicken wings .are you fukn serious I told him I will send him a picture lol. So unprofessional no costumer service what’s so ever. I’m done with their raw chicken.

Nothing to complain. Clean tables. Food is nicely warm. I like the apple soda which is not so popular. The people on the checker are nice. I can’t go there so often because of the super-​calorie-​food.

Bad service. Very bad service. Cashier was very nice but the other employees were rude. Our meal was cold. Chicken was old and manager was very rude. I think there should be a policy to have common sense for the people who want to work at fast food places. I am never coming back here again.

My complaint is not really with the restaurant it is with the corporation. The new Double down all chicken sandwich is as tough as on old shoe. They deep fry it for six minutes & it is so dry & hard you can’t bite into it. The manager gave me a replacement dish (3 piece grilled white) but she dropped it on the floor. No more grilled white meat made had to settle for legs & a thigh.

KFC hands down has the best Cole-​slaw around I think we all know that. However…
The fact that they want to charge me $ 0.14 for a little side of BBQ sauce is so pathetic considering I had just spent $ 13 on two combos and sides of cole-​slaw.
That is so cheap and nickel-​and-​dimey.
Don’t get me wrong, the food is great, but come on it’s 2014 & we’re in America, you really want to charge me $ 0.14 for a small packet of BBQ sauce?
I call shinanigans.

I usually stop here on the drive home from L.A. to go to the bathroom and get a big, icy cold Diet Pepsi. The bathrooms are usually clean and the drinks are super good. I hate watered down sodas but the sodas here are heavy on the syrup so they are tasty.
I’ve never eaten the food here but it looks and smells yummy like your usual KFC deep-​fried deliciousness. The employees are friendly but I think the clientele isn’t super high caliber at this location. There are lots of signs posted all around like: «restrooms are for paying customers only», «no loitering,» and my personal favorite: «children are not allowed to sit or stand on the counter.» That one cracks me up.
