Lane Bryant

I don’t typically shop Lane Bryant because my regular clothing size is smaller than what they sell. I am very busty though and have bought a bra from LB online in the past, so decided to go in the store to see if they might have some in stock.
Being a 38G/​H, it’s VERY difficult for me to find the size, and typically I have to custom order. Imagine my surprise when the Victorville LB had 5 or 6 different styles, in multiple colors, and in my size.
Service was WONDERFUL, I made 2 purchases, and all was well. Ended up needing an exchange, and service & assistance the second time was just as good as the first. Every employee was engaged with the customers & they were friendly and helpful. One lady called the Apple Valley store looking for a certain style, and she checked online to see if different colors were available in another style.
Absolutely AMAZING customer service. I will definitely be back & I highly recommend.

This is a very nice store and the staff is very helpful, friendly and accomodating, without being pushy or overbearing. The store is very clean and the dressing rooms are very roomy with adjustable mirrors. Considering they closed the LB in the Victorville mall, I am happy to come to the AV store.
