Karina deserves a raise! Super friendly, super helpful. Unfortunately this store has a pretty limited selection for women’s sunglasses. I was disappointed.

Bad experience with them, several times. They make mistakes with your prescriptions all the time.

My first time ever to post a review. I’m easy to pleased, and I understand that some of us may have some bad days at work but being in this type of business good personality matters the most. This is my 2^nd time back to LensCrafters at the mall… this is probably my last and take my service somewhere else.
Pros:
— 1 employee that made me go back the 2^nd time is Lily. She has the most positive personality I have ever seen from a person. The long wait is worth-​while with her charm & beautiful smile… and keeps a good conversation during the process. She’s definitely a great asset to the company.
— Joe was the person who helped my husband yesterday (17^th). He has a charming personality & patience with his customer’s questions/​needs whatever it may be.
Cons:
— 1 employee that just made our visit very uncomfortable. Chris (lady with ponytail) has a very nasty & negative attitude. I met with her during the first visit few months ago, her attitude sucks then & even worst this time. I really think it would hurt her feelings to even smile at the customers, & what frustrated me the most is when she raised her voice towards Joe in front of me & my husband. Her frown & negative attitude is not a good combination being at the front desk… she definitely gave us a bad experienced & I just have to find another company even if I have to drive down to Ontario.
Forgot to mention the other cons: Restroom is not available to customers. 1^st & 2^nd visit I was told that is something wrong with the restroom, but another customer informed me they don’t allow their customers to use their restroom.

Very poor customer service. I walked in and asked if they took my insurance, and could not get a straight answer. Lady at counter said «We are an open access provider and that is all we are required to say.» It turns out they didn’t take my insurance but would give us a discount. I felt they were pretty shady. I ended up going to Costco. They had a great selection and were very helpful with my insurance.

We had a good experience at LensCrafters. My wife got her new glasses, and they made the glasses same day. The have their own lab inside the store and new glasses were ready in few hours. We had good experience so we vlog about it.

I had a great experience with LensCrafters in the Victorville Mall recently, after a bad experience in the past. They fully renewed my confidence in them. The staff was fantastic and I left the store fully satisfied! I am now wearing the best Progressive glasses I have ever had!

Consistently understaffed for superior customer service. Been coming for the last several years, mainly because they are the only store where I can get prescription Oakley’s. Great lesson in patience. Great service when you get it.

Also they have very good options for contacts. I use topic lenses and finding a lense that perfectly fits my eye has always been a problem in the past. LensCrafters has so many brands for the fit and angle for your eye. For the first time I got the perfect fitting contacts through biofinity. There is an older woman who works there an an optometrist and I highly recommend her!

I usually don’t review places like LensCrafters because name recognition gives them all the business they need. However, this location totally stands out and the staff deserves an excellent review.
I was in town for a few days and forgot my old glasses at home. All I had on me were contacts and since it was nearing the end of the year, I figured I would take advantage of my vision benefits and just get a new pair of glasses. I needed a new prescription anyway.
I got an appointment with Dr. Cheung, who was really patient and thorough. I had a couple of questions regarding my vision changes over the past few years, and he took the time to answer them fully. Very knowledgeable. And I could see again, thanks to his spot-​on prescription.
The manager, Rhonda, was also very helpful. She took the time to help me pick out a really nice pair of Ray Bans that I absolutely love. And to top that, my glasses were ready in 1 hour!
I am so happy I stopped by this location. Not all LensCrafters are created equal, and this one stands out as one of the best. Highly recommended!

ok service. Not a great selection of frames which i thought they would have a more diverse selection. Not the case here. Felt a little rushed considering the wrong pair of glasses can really alter your look. Felt like I was basically on my own. Dont know if the staff isnt allowed to give an opinion but I chose a pair of Raybans and she never said that they werent the right frame for me she just tried to get me to try on a rectangle frame which I am completely over. I paid extra for the anti-​glare and high index lens yet my lenses are still very thick and the lens were cut wrong and you can really see it from the front. I even voiced my complaints on their website and they didnt seem to care. The response they gave me was they would contact the store manager. Thats it nothing more. Dont know what I was expecting their response to be but I didnt feel like I mattered to them eitherway. Not a great value, selection not great, customer service not up to par… I wont be back

I’ve heard complaints about this location, but figured I’d check it out all the same. I really liked their frame selection, but unfortunately, they don’t take my insurance (VSP). Although the staff was super busy, one employee found a few minutes to help me. She was actually extremely knowledgeable about how frames should fit on your face. In the past, I’d just bought what I liked, and this time, she taught me more about what looks good on my face shape. HUGE help! Bummer on the insurance thing, otherwise, I’d probably have purchased here.
