My WORST experience EVER buying a phone or electronic. The employee’s I dealt with were not professional and confrontational once I had to come back to the store with a major problem! Between Bre and Don deciding who would take blame, they decided they were doing me a favor by fixing the problem which took 2 ½ hours on the initial visit and 4 hours on the 2nd visit, with a baby! We did not leave the mall location until 9:23 PM!!!
