I have never had a good experience in Walgreens it’s just convenient. Today I went to the drive thru with my sick baby and the Lady helping me was so wonderful she went out of her way for me when I wasn’t the nicest person. I really wish I got her name. Just want to say thank you.

I always enjoy visiting walgreens store because of the values they have and the friendly/professional Staff. I know when it comes to picking up medication it can take a while due to them not having enough personnel available which is why I gave four stars in stead of five. Once they address the long wait time for meds then I will up it to five.

I’ve always loved Walgreens for their cosmetics. I’ve been shopping at this store for the past few months since I moved here and have had a decent experience. Last time I was here about a week ago I was apprehensive about buying a new hair product I’ve never tryed and the cosmetics employee ensured me I can try it out and return it if I didn’t like it. It turned out not to be what I was hoping for, so today I returned to the store to return it and purchase my usual hair product (for a much higher price). The man at the counter who seemed to be a manager denied the return and said that I had used too much of the product (it was a very small bottle and I used it twice). I guess that’s what I should’ve expected in Victorville. So much for customer service. I will not be giving this store anymore of my business. Their loss!

Walgreens are everywhere but this along with one in Apple Valley are the ones I go to most.
It’s right next to WinCo so whenever I need cosmetic type stuff I go here instead of the grocery store to get a better deal.
It’s a big and very clean store, well stocked and good clearance specials.
Great deals on picture developing as well.
Staff is fine, I prefer Walgreens over CVS or Rite Aid anyday.

I submitted an online request for one copy of a photo (4×6) at 10am on Sunday. At 10:20am I receive a notice from Walgreen’s my photo ready for pickup. I have plenty of errands to run that day so I finally make it to Walgreen’s at 1:45pm. Simon the worker at the photo center tells me my photo is not ready. I explained I received an email stating it was ready. He couldn’t explain why I receive that email and said I could wait for the photo to be processed. He seemed completely unorganized.
