I’ve been a client here for years and I’ve had nothing but great experiences here with the staff of the store(I separate them from the doctor’s office). They have a great selection of frames and the store staff have always been helpful in picking a great frame for me and helping me with getting my insurance to pay for the glasses.

Along with the VERY limited selection of glasses, the receptionist made me feel like an inconvenience as if it would be better if I just left. She wasn’t interested in looking up my insurance coverage or helping me understand how to pay for my exam. I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and she told me she had to go check with the doctor to see if they were even willing to see me because I was«already a half hour late.» The waiting room was empty, so it wasn’t as if I was wasting valuable customers time. Ultimately I just left. I found an appointment elsewhere and they were 100x more helpful on the phone in 2 minutes than this receptionist was in the 10 I was there. I would not recommend Pearle Vision to anyone. Find someplace else that is better priced and a lot more friendly towards their customers.
