Called looking to have keys made. Had difficulty hearing and told the lady that. I live two blocks from shop. She said only Mobil service due to COVID-19. I started to ask how much and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and surely a blow to the wallet. Who turns away business in such bad times? BAFFLED
