I had a bad experience with Public Storage because they did not inform me that they did not prorate their fees for the month if you get out after the 6th of the month. I had informed them on the 6th that I would be getting out the next day, and they did not even consider mentioning their policy to me. They did not mention it until I went in on the 7th and I had already checked out. Customer Service did nothing to try to fix their mistake in not informing the customer of their policy.
