I came here to get patches sewn onto my leather vest. I got at the store an hour before they closed and the person doing the leather work was just getting ready to leave I got told I was luck to catch her. after discussing what and where I wanted sewn on we discussed price.$ 3 a patch to sewn it on is what I was told when I dropped it off on a Sunday. Got told that I would get a call when it was done. Was told that it would be done by Thursday if not before then. I rolled into shop at 530 on Thursday and my vest hadn’t even been sewn yet(was promised it would be done by the end of the day when I dropped it off on Sunday). I had to wait a few minutes while patches got sewn on(not a big deal). Job quality was good except that she sewed through my liner. I ended up being asked to pay $ 4 a patch not the $ 3 I was quoted. Unless I find someone else who can do leather work or I buy they stuff myself I am forced to keep coming to them. They have a lot of gear but almost all of it is leather jackets vest and chaps. T-shirts they have for sale have no prices. had I known that shirt I was getting was $ 35 I probably would not have bought it. This is a decent place hence the review they got. Take your stuff there make sure you are very specific about what you want.

Navy pilots beware. It’s hard to find people who can work with leather, especially in Virginia Beach. Someone told me about this place to get some patches sewn on my leather jacket. I’m a naval aviator in the local area and our jackets are a big source of pride. It took almost two months to get two single patches sewn on. They’re hard to get a hold of and then give a laundry list of excuses when it’s not done on time. The work was mediocre at best. And I’ve had several friends have similar experiences. It’s just not a satisfactory experience all around. I’d find somewhere else.

4 years and still going strong so they’re doing something right! The staff here is friendly, well… the pomeranian shop dog is not. It’s tiny, so it’s nothing to worry about and she’ll leave you alone. The selection is nice for a small shop and there are decent necessities for the noob biker that I am. I’ve witnessed some of their leather work and when I need some done I’ll be sure to visit! If they don’t have the item you need, they’ll order it for you and still give you $ 15 off every $ 100 shop discount which is better than the other specialty stores. It definitely helps with the price of parts for most bikes.

they have«leather repair» if thats what you want to call it. Took my vest in to have button fixed, it tore out of the leather and some other buttons were to loose or too tight. Said she would put a patch of leather behind torn button, was told it wouldnt take long to fix. Well skip to a week and a half later. Had to call constantly to get it done, got home to get a better look. Other buttons are now tearing out and the original one wasnt supported with back piece, it was just glued back and sewing job was horrible. Frayed ends, uncut thread, parts open and not even sewn. Avoid this place for«repairs». They have some nice products in the store if your looking for apparel and such but dont go for repairs
