Beautiful townhouses that are in a superb location. You’re in reach of so many great spots. Just the fact that it’s close in proximity to the beach is fantastic. The interior is spacious and modernized. It’s perfect if you have roommates because you’re able to divide yourselves up among the different levels. They have a pool that’s in walking distance and all of your necessary shopping areas are right down the street. A lot of military guys will be found living here due to bases not being that far away. Not too shabby of a place!

Évaluation du lieu : 4 San Diego, CA
I’ve been living here since I got back from an IA to Afghanistan back in 2008. This is the fourth apartment complex that I’ve lived in in my nearly eight-year stay in Virginia, and of the four, it easily takes the top slot(the others, in order from best to worst would have to be Brandywine Apartments, Mariner’s Cove Apartments, and then Chase Arbor Apartments). Brenneman Farm has some of the friendliest staff I’ve met in a complex, and despite the fact that I only stop by the front office once a month to drop off the rent payment, they’ve come to recognize my face pretty quickly, and they know that if I’m not stopping by with rent, I’m stopping by to pick up a package, so they’ve got that whole process pretty streamlined. Problem is that – as with any apartment – you’re gonna share walls and potentially a floor/ceiling with what could be some seriously inconsiderate jerks. For the vast majority of my stay, neighbors were never a concern one way or another, but for the last year, the people above me have taken to a somewhat OCD approach to cleaning their apartments. Like clockwork, they would go and vacuum at some of the most inopportune times, coming perilously close to – and probably breaching – the quiet hours for the complex. And the problem with THAT that I came to find out is that without having third-party confirmation of the offense from the contracted security company of Guardus, there’s not a damn thing they’ll do to stop it. Further on the line of inconsiderate neighbors are the grounds. Though Brenneman Farm has some of the most pristine grounds I’ve seen here in the commonwealth, it’s recently become problematic due to – of course – the people aspect. If they’re not leaving their pets’ waste everywhere, they’re leaving garbage lying around. And if they’re not doing that, they’re actively feeding the ducks and canadian geese. And if you haven’t seen the waste canadian geese leave around, you haven’t yet lived, my friend. Makes the stuff my dogs leave behind look like cat crap. On the note of PETS, people are blatantly disregarding the pet policy. When I last reviewed it, they had a pet policy in place with certain breed restrictions on the type of dogs you can have, which seemed superfluous given that you also couldn’t have a dog larger than 25 lbs. You could either have two cats, or a small dog less than that thar aforementioned weight. So why the hell do I see people with two or three dogs walking around the premises? Or even worse, people with two substantially-heavier-than-25-lbs dogs? Either one of those wouldn’t bother me if the people would just keep their pets on a LEASH and clean up after them. In the end, I’d recommend the complex to you if you’re new in the area and are gonna be staying for a while. Friendly staff, decently maintained grounds(more or less, these days), and the typical neighbor BS you have to put up with anywhere you go makes this a very great place to… well, live.
