I loved loved loved living here. Moving from Japan back to the states i had to find a place online, and this was my number one. I lived there for two years and i never had a problem. Plenty of Parking, Plenty of places for trash, mailboxes around the property, and a great location. The ladies in the office knew my name and apartment, whenever i went in there it was always very personable. The location is outstanding, you can walk to Mount Trashmore as well as Plaza Azteca, Food Lion, Tropical Smoothie, plus many others! High Recommended!

Great staff, location, and apartments. They’re currently replacing all of the windows and updating AC! They take care of their buildings. We’re right next to tons of stores, town center, and mt trashmore! It’s a quiet neighborhood and all friendly neighbors.

HORRIBLE!!! Stay away. Very low quality apartments for outrageous price $ 1200. Carpet is not tacked down at all. Mildew always comes in around windows and doors. Have carpenter ants in all the walls. AC always gets backed up so overflows water all into my laundry room and into my neighbors laundry room. Smells of mold. Only thing that is okay is the location. By Towncenter and mount trashmore. Also they want you to pay for a friend to swim at the pool. So people if you want to swim you can be a complete stranger and come all you have to pay is $ 1. That’s a pretty good deal so feel free invite all your friends all you got to pay is $ 1 and you don’t even need to know anyone who lives here.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and have had no complaints. The leasing office staff and maintenance are friendly and work quickly to resolve any issue. The parking is free and there has never once been a time that I have been unable to park in a spot near my apartment. My rent went up a whopping $ 10.00 per month. I moved from DC so typically I would expect a $ 200.00 increase. The club house has a pool, hot tub, gym, and lounge, all of which are maintained very well. My only complaint is that I wish there was a little more yard space but it is adjacent to Mt. Trashmore Park. I will live here again another year until we are ready to buy.
