So I’m not sure what happened to customer service at this place. I have visited this location before work and during lunch for the last year or two. Have ordered the same thing every time the same way every time with no issues. One time a new person could not get it right the staff blames me. How hard is it to give someone a plain chicken bagel, I just want a bagel and the chicken. Even the managers said I was ordering it wrong. How could I be asking for something that I want wrong? The worst part is, after I’ve gone through all this headache of how to ask for food and have them ring it up right, which I thought was their job not mine, they ended up giving me just a bagel. Literally a box with nothing but a bagel. So after talking to the manager, or someone who said they were the manager, Who I might add actually apologized and said they would help me next time with the free one, I felt at ease. Well that was short-lived when I came back to take them up on their offer. The so-called actual manager, who was rude enough to make me wait 15 minutes to get my correct order. Never apologized for the mishap, and told me how to order food next time. Don’t you think your training the wrong person? Don’t you think you should be training the staff. Even if you really in deeply believe I don’t know how to ask for food, even if you think there’s a better way to order, You shouldn’t be telling people in this manner. So throughout this whole experience what comes out to me is: Your staff doesn’t know how to ring up food, or probe for clarifying questions on orders correctly You’re managing staff is not communicating with each other and is not holding each other accountable And customer service is not top priority for the culture of this establishment, That you would rather find out what happen and make the customers suffer even more then to apologize and help out Well congratulations, I will never be going there again, and I will be telling everybody at work

I downloaded the new Chick-Fil-A app so I can get my free sandwich. The app was very easy to navigate. I ordered my food from there and was on the way to pick up my stuff. On the app they ask you to tell them when you have arrived. I did just that. When I got there they were bagging my food and made my shake fresh to make sure that it was not going to be melted by the time I got it. I am appreciative !

This past Wednesday, I went to pick up an order I placed online. When I got to the register, I realized I left my wallet @ home. I showed the confirmation email of the order to the manager Elizabeth. She explained the email is to only show when you placed an order & total. Even though I filled out the section asking for credit card info, the email doesn’t show it.(I still don’t understand why the website required credit card info!) She believed me w/o the card I used or a pic ID. Got my order w/o hassle. She was very understanding & helpful as there was a line behind me. That is awesome customer service!

Service was great. In and out with a big crowd. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Servers were friendly and professional. Only issue was with the green tomatoes on my grilled chicken sandwich yuck

The friendly and fast service you receive makes up for the long drive thru lines and blocking of the parking places to go inside where it is much faster. Of course I wish that the drive thru line wasn’t always wrapping around the building, but that speaks for itself. They aren’t long because of slow service, they are just that good that so many people are frequenting this location. Can’t go wrong with chik fil a, but go inside if you can get a parking spot

This chick fil a especially touched my heart. There was a daddy-daughter event and they went all out. Employees in tuxes and a reservation receptionist. Everyone is sweet and gives great service!

I’ve lived in the area for 20 years and have frequented this particular store, since its establishment. I was in the area even before the store was built. The food is great! The service also USEDTO be wonderful, until the last year or so. The management policies need some work, and by work I mean a complete OVERHAUL! Please do yourself a favor, do not pay with cash, use plastic! The cashier at the drive-thru window gave me the wrong change, AND shorted me by +$ 10. Discombobulated, I drove back around trying to get the cashier’s attention when she stated, «What do you want me to do… climb through the window?» They treat everyone as a thief, guilty until they’ve counted the drawer. They made me come in the store, the process took over 45 minutes, all for their mistake… wheeeeeew, ridiculous! But the worst part, a mature woman working behind the counter, glared at me like I had mud on my face and was a common thief! I was just trying to get MY correct change! In addition, on another visit they did not give me the ice cream I ordered. How much was that, about a buck o’ five? I called the store and the manager told me they needed the receipt, even after she mentioned the cashier saw me drive off without my ice cream. Needless to say, I will drive out of my way to visit a different store out of my neighborhood, to avoid this store! Thank you very much! :D

The number of days that I wake up past my alarm are increasing in number. No time to make breakfast at home. Good thing CFA is close to work! I’ve stopped in once or twice a week for the past few weeks and usually get the same thing: oatmeal and yogurt. It’s always good(they offer steel cut oats — far surpassing the instant stuff at Starbucks), I know the staff will be welcoming and friendly and it’s quick! On only 1 occasion did I need to skip the drive thru. The guest in front of me had a list a mile long hanging out the window and there was no one inside so I got in and out much quicker. Love it!

I don’t write a lot of great reviews, but I’ve never experienced a chain that is standard across the board, they must pay their employees well because I’ve never seen such great service everywhere I go. That and they’re picky about their employees! GOOD! It’s a shame Popeyes doesn’t follow suit and get rid of their ghetto non caring employees! I would return there but no never will again because their service sucks. I’ll always go to CF even if it’s out of my way in principle and good chickin lol

Every chick-fil-a I’ve been to has always given me cordial, fast, and impressive service. From personal experience, I can say that this location is like any other. Which is a good thing with multiple locations it’s not easy to be consistent. I always feel welcomed and the staff greets me everytime I walk in. This is one of the only fast food places that actually bring the food to you when you’re sitting down at the table. This location is clean and every time I come to this location it’s usually busy. Try their new frozen lemonade! I give it an A.

There was a young man taking our order who was sweet as ALL that we have encountered here! Customer Service is always a reason to pay a little more, instead of diverting to Hardee’s or IHOP next door. But the young girl(blonde) that handed us the food was not the normal CS we are used to at all. She was rushing, didn’t great us or give us all our food. Plus she missed charging for the cookie, we had to remind her… She was very sassy and needs to be moved to the back where she doesn’t deal with customers. This is my daughters favorite fast food place! Prices are reasonable; comparable to KFC. The quality of their food surpasses KFC! We had to wait in the drive through line for almost five minutes at the window while our sandwiches where being made at 9:45 pm. The line grew very quickly and wrapped around the building. They were very polite and provided a voucher to come back for a free 8 piece chicken bites, a decent compensation. I’m not sure if those behind me were given something as well. Menu doesn’t have a tremendous amount of choices but it’s quite good. Shakes and frozen lemonade where great!

I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience at any Chick Fil A I have ever eaten at. They always are very polite, and they know how to treat their customers. You can tell that their employees actually enjoy what they are doing. Next time you go to a Chick Fil A, you’ll notice that they never say«you’re welcome» its always their«pleasure» to serve you. This location in general can get very busy, especially during lunch. Every time I go inside though, I am almost immediately served. Today when I went, I noticed they actually had employees in the parking lot going up to cars and taking the order, because the line was so backed up. I’ve never seen this before and it made things go a lot faster at the drive thru. My only complaint is that every time I am really craving some Chick-Fil-A is that its on a Sunday, and as most people may know they aren’t open on Sunday’s :(

Best costumer service by far at any fast food place I’ve ever gone to, even better than some 5 star dining! Manager came to up to our table and even offer mints. Best CFA I’ve ever seen. The inside is massive, complete with multiple dining rooms and playground. The line moves quickly(don’t EVER go to the drive-thru), and the workers are super friendly. I’ve also never seen this place dirty, and the fixings bars are always stocked and organized. I will leave this review at a 5 until I find a better location, but honestly I’m not sure it’s possible at this point!

Prompt service, even though it was very busy at lunch time. My chicken sandwich(hold the pickle) was prepared to order and my waffle fries were perfect. It only took a few minutes and my order was brought to my table. Drive through line wrapped around the building, but it was raining and right at the rush of lunch hour. No demerit there. Tasty fast food, great service. A+

When I have a bad day, I come here! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! The food here is always fast, hot, and delicious! I love getting their fried chicken market salad with avocado lime ranch! If I don’t get that, I have to come back the next day! Don’t forget your side of fries and sweet tea!

Can’t go wrong with Chick-Fil-A. This location has one of the best customer service for an $ 8 meal. It is very busy for lunch but the lines move quickly! Management and staff are exceptional…
