Great customer service, great prices, military discount. Standard 2-​day service for shirts and suits: dropped off Wednesday, picked up Friday. I don’t really think too much about dry cleaners — usually just choose whoever is closest, but Coastal 1 really stands out. I’ll be using them from now on.

+ Pros: They offer ‘wash and fold’ services, honor coupons you can get by registering with your e-​mail address and in your mail box (Valpak coupons), and help you carry your clean clothes to your car parked on their private parking lot.
The Eco-​friendly pressing resulted in pristine dress suits.
For the wash and fold service, you must buy specific bags to drop off your dirty laundry. You will be able to reuse those bags.
— Cons: Please pay attention when they will enter your orders to avoid being over-​charged. I kindly corrected often associates to ensure the correct amount was charged.

Great service, great pricing, fast and courteous service, it is worth the drive. Customers are greeted at door my staff and in most cases by name. excellent alterations and technology advanced, emails to thank you for your business and when order is ready. Occasional call from staff to solicit feedback. I recommend Coastal 1 Cleaners.

Awesome customer service! They meet you at the door for help if you need it. Incredibly friendly and they care about quality work. The best dry cleaners I have ever used in over 15 years of military service. They also contribute to the community in all the right ways… Stop in and ask Mr. Majied about how they do it.

Excellent customer service!!! I loved how they opened the door for me as I walked in. I got a call that my clothes were ready a day earlier! They even got a stain out my favorite blouse that I have been trying to get out for months. Thanks so much Coastal 1!!!

Great dry cleaners and personal service. They offered to carry my clothes out to the car. They are one of the only Eco Friendly Dry Cleaners in the area.
