My dryer broke a few days ago and, with laundry piling, it was time to do something about it. I have never been to a laundrymat before so I called the closest one. Rude! I asked basic questions and got attitude. They were NOT getting my business. After again googling, I found this location was just under 2 miles away. When I arrived in the morning I was met by the friendliest lady who was happy to let me know all about the sizes and pricing. She actually got up and walked me around to make sure I was doing everything properly. I thanked her for her help and asked for her name. Ms.Francine. I had read about her and it’s all still true. Very helpful and wonderfully nice. She said this store is her«baby» and it shows. Very positive experience and I will be back!

Great laundromat and very clean. This was the first time I’ve been here(our washer/dryer is being installed) — the only downside is I wish the website would’ve stated you can only use their laundry card for services as I had already gone to the atm– got quarters and arrived ready to go. The big(not the huge one) cost $ 5.99 per load and the smaller running $ 4.99. We really couldn’t decipher the cost of the dryer. All in all the employees really keep the place clean and organized. I would come back again if needed. I did like that the TVs played kid’s movies — you can tell this is s family friendly place.

I just moved to Virginia Beach from Houston, Texas. I had a huge load of clothing to do. This place is clean, and well lit. The woman working here is friendly and extremely helpful. You can purchase a laundry card with cash or credit. The card costs $ 1 and is reloadable. I’ve found my new laundry spot!

I live in an apartment and don’t often come to places like this but that doesn’t by any means mean that I consider them beneath me. I just don’t typically have a need. I most certainly did in college and right after I graduated. My king sized comforter dos not fit in my apartment sized washer/dryer so I Unilocaled where to go near me. I found this place. The area is not bad but looks old which is the case because it’s been around for awhile. The area is actually a nice area. Walked in and there is an attendant. She was playing a game on her tablet and didn’t acknowledge me but it was loud and she didn’t hear me. As soon as I said excuse me she said«yes Darlin?» and promptly showed me the ropes. As you will read a lot has changed since my college days. No more quarters. So, it took $ 10 to wash and dry my comforter. Don’t know if that’s a good deal as far as «coin-ops» go but as far as how bad that thing smelled. In okay with it. The place was a little dirty but typical of being used. 1 broken machine. Which upon closer inspection was a Halloween decoration. A few TVs, a loyalty program and some snacks seem to make this a decent place in my opinion. I’d come back if needed.

I’ve started going here recently for laundry and I wish I came here years ago. I usually get my clothes washed at washland. Upon my first visit here, I decided to make this my togo laundry mat spot. It’s big and spacious, bench seats everywhere, folding table, Tv’s. What sold me was their variety to washers which ranges from small loads(one basket) to medium(2 – 3 baskets) and large(4 – 6) baskets. If you don’t like the spin washers there’s plenty stand up ones near the bathrooms. Even their dryers come in different sizes and they actually work! I bring about 4 baskets of clothes every visit which is about $ 20 for me all together.

Nice place, quite big when you walk inside. The front desk lady was very helpful and helped me get my first laundry card. Very clean, and a variety of front loaders. Im liking the 8 load one for my comforters. Will go to this one from now on.

Pros: Very, very clean. Stays open until 10:30PM Variety of different sized washers at different price points Pretty cheap to dry(.69 cents) Can rack up bonus points Wifi Coupons Cons: Pricey Lax loitering policy This is my go to laundry facility even though my apartment complex has a laundry room. I frequently do my laundry by myself and even though some rather«interesting» aka sketchy people tend to congregate there, I am never afraid. It is so brightly lite and clean and pretty welcoming to be honest. There are several tvs and they actually have the volume turned up so you can hear.

The attendants are very helpful. The machines are pricey but they have a machine that does 8 loads at once for 8.75. It washed for 23 mins. I washed 3 blankets and a few sheets. Terrific job. Make sure you use your own card because the attendant will offer to use hers and if you don’t use it all, you lose your money to her. Overall great service.
