Professional nail technician in town. Even though their English is limited, that doesn’t devalued their ability to create a perfect pair of nails. The owner is very patience & professional. Very nice people. I love this place. I wish I could give them beyond a thousand stars for a job well done. Highly recommend it.

Creative nails is a salon I just happened to pass by and fortunately it has been my go to spot. Rose is an amazing tech who takes care of her customers and does an amazing job. She always asks me what I want and she’s nailed it every time. The spa pedicure is well worth the $$

They were understaffed on our visit (I should have turned around and left right when I got there and noticed)…which translated to a distracted mani/​pedi. Not exactly an enjoyable pedi experience when the woman gets up 15 times to answer the phone and talk to the walk-ins…took so long the water went cold, but the whole pedi still felt rushed during the times she was actually working on my feet.
Crappy nail polish selection, and the ones they do have are clearly old and watered down.
Would not come back.

I found this place by accident. I’m new to the area and was looking for a nail shop that was open on Sunday. The staff here are very friendly and the shop is really clean. Soon as someone moves from the station they immediately clean it. Which should be normal, we all know every place is different. I know I will come back again!

Overall great experience. I’ve only been in Virginia for about a month and have been looking for a nail salon. This place is pretty awesome I got their basic mani/​pedi which is only $ 30. I just wanted to test them out. The next time I’ll get their deluxe. The people are friendly and truly take time on their clients, they don’t rush the process. I will definitely be coming back.

Excellent pedicure! They scraped all dead skin away and massaged legs for only $ 20. They were so friendly and nice. I will definitely return to this salon.

2 stars because the pedicure was great & so was the price. The problem was with my nails. I asked for a fill-​in & French manicure. I keep my nails short & I asked the tech to SLIGHTLY shorten them. He filed them down to my fingertips. I noticed that 1 nail wasn’t completely covered with acrylic on 1 side. I pointed this our to the tech & was told he would fix it by filing it. He then used a smoothing drill bit to flatten & thin what was left of my nails. They look absolutely AWFUL. I told the tech I didn’t want polish because I now had no nails. I was charged $ 17.00 for this horrible job. I’m going back today to try & speak with a manager.
