Destination Maternity

I was hesitant to stop by, getting the impression from previously posted reviews that Destination Maternity was overly expensive, but they’ve got some affordable clothes there. Fellow preggos, if you’re not familiar with Destination Maternity, it’s essentially the umbrella corporation that owns Motherhood Maternity (lower end casual clothing), A Pea in the Pod (high end /​designer maternity clothing), and Edamame Spa (some kind of spa specializing in pregnancy friendly massage). Destination Maternity stores house items from all 3 brands, so no matter what your budget, you’ll be able to find something here that works for you.
The staff at this location were great. Nobody followed me around the store, constantly asking if I needed anything (a HUGE pet peeve of mine), but they were friendly and helpful when I did flag them down for assistance.
Everyone knows maternity clothes are overpriced considering the length of time you wear them for, so if you want the best deal, head on over to the end-​of-​season clearance area. Many of their dresses can be adapted for year-​round wear by adding sweaters and cardigans for the winter, and I found a few great clearance pieces for less than $ 20 a piece. Markdowns in store tend to be lower than those online, so that’s a great excuse to visit in-​person.
Best of all? With every purchase, you’re offered a free beverage! You can choose from a bottle of water, orange juice, apple juice. I left happy as a clam on my last visit — an ice cold bottle of apple juice is exactly what baby and I needed!
If you don’t mind parking downtown, Destination Maternity is definitely worth a visit.

This was my second home when I was pregnant with my first baby. The associates are always so nice and very helpful. I love the clothes selections and they always have something on sale and great deals. Now that my baby is 8 months, I actually miss having a reason to shop there but looking forward to going back with my second one.
I don’t usually sign up for email but save your receipts and sign up for their email because they always have great offers!

Loved it here! Great shopping experience. The staff was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed for my gender reveal party. Right outside the fitting room is a play area for infant/​toddlers. I brought hubby and my 3 year old and they were entertained while I shopped. All of us were offered water of juice. A nice perk I didn’t expect. I’m definitely coming back for a bathing suit. ;)

Fantastic place to shop for maternity clothes! They have a great selection and the staff is polite and wonderful. I’m so glad I found this place to satisfy my maternity clothing needs. They also have some pretty stylish diaper bags for when I get closer to the big day. The store has a sitting area for dads and a nice play area for siblings to play while you shop.
