Two stylists manning the salon didn’t know how to operate their new credit card machine. Fine. It happens. They then begged me to pay them in cash. I walked across 4 lanes of heavy traffic on Newtown Rd. to get to the nearest ATM. After I came back, there was no «we’re sorry for the inconvenience». Honestly, that simple apology could’ve smooth things over.
Instead, the stylist who did my hair made a joke about me leaving to get cash (which THEY begged me to do) then tried get me sign up for an account with the salon. Stylist ended our interaction with «see you next time».
No, I won’t be coming back. Disappointing experience. :-/

Should’ve known when this had only one REVIEW and the Google and Facebook reviews were not very recent (like 2 years old). With coming from out of town looking to get my hair relaxed with having braids since early November, I emailed to get more information. After receiving a response several hours later, I set up to come in Saturday morning between ⁹⁄₁₀. After sitting outside for nearly 30 minutes with calling this establishment and getting en email nearly an hour and a half after asking what time the owner, THE OWNER would be there I had already located another salon (literally 5 minutes away) that happily accommodated me. My follow up to this… don’t have a website allowing potential customers to get in contact to have an appointment and then don’t get back to them accordingly or better yet don’t even call the potential client after filling out the CONTACT sheet. Next!!!

I have been coming here for 4 years and I love my hair every time. The prices are affordable and the salon provides special Monday-Wednesday. The environment is very friendly and great staff
