I’m always pleased at any Five Guys I go to. This location is no different. Each location greets every single customer who walks in with a smile. I love the flavor of their burgers, the amount of fries they give you, but I hate they don’t do combos. I know, I know… But you just get so used to saying stuff like «Can I have the #1 with a Coke, please.»

Awesome customer service. I ordered online but the order was not processing correctly. Manager Charlotte was very accommodating and provided an excellent solution to a potential problem. I am very satisfied with her professionalism and great customer service! Highly recommend!

Five guys used to make the burgers they were super thick and juicy, they were awesome. they were something I treated myself to once a while. I just stopped by to pick one up and instead of these nice big thick juicy burgers now they do everything in their power to flatten them out as much as they can and they’re smaller. Thin they’re trying to get by offering less meat. Really depressing. Five guys you fail, the burgers just aren’t as good anymore they’re not as juicy good not as good looking or tasting as they used to be. I’m not going to go here anymore

My burger had a soggy wet bun, was under cooked, and they dumped 5 orders worth of fries on top of the 4 burgers in the bag. Most would love extra fries but this was a mess– and way too much. I didn’t finish and didn’t re-​order the soggy burger, which by the way only had bacon, mushrooms, onion and jalapeño ordered on it– because the fear of getting worse by the cooks seemed inevitable.
The dining area was messy and it seemed like this store was under poor management on many levels–

This review is based on solely the service because the food is about the same at all five guys which is pretty good for a burger and fries joint. The employees here are super nice, friendly, and courteous. Great attitudes and great service from every single of one of the four employees that were working there when I was in there. It just makes you feel a little better about a stressful day when you go in for some junk food and you got a great bunch of people making sure you get you food in a fast, super courteous manner, greet you when you come in, and tell you to have a goodnight on the way out.

I placed a larger order them usual, but not an unheard of amount of food, only 4 sandwiches with fries. They completely left off one of my sandwiches, as well as giving me 4 small fries instead of 4 regular Cajun fries. Completely unimpressed, I’ve been on the fence about five guys, anyway, this might have turned me off from five guys.

Awesome eats! If you are not familiar with 5 guys, it’s leaps and bounds above fast food. Service was great, helpful employees who greeted us with a smile and good advice on how to order for our big family. Food was cooked to order, and came out quick. Above all, the whole place was very clean!!! Not only was it clean when we came in, but we saw employees «making the rounds» making sure everything stayed clean. Now I will say, it was a little pricey for a family of 5, but I’d say it was totally worth it for a clean, friendly, atmosphere with great food. We will certainly try other 5 Guys now, I just hope this one hasn’t set the bar too high!

Pros: Good food, clean, fast
Cons: Cashiers are horrible and service is not good. They gave me 2 wrong orders and didint get a burger i ordered. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK IN BAG!

Pros: Clean fast food restaurant, it was easy and free to park, free peanuts as usual…
Cons: The cashier didn’t take properly my order. The greasy cheeseburger was missing the requested tomato slices and lettuce.
The French fries were saggy.
I was expecting the delicious crispy French fries and the perfectly cooked burger you get at some Five guys locations in Connecticut.

Walked in about lunch time, wasn’t too packed I saw them pickin up as a sat and ate. I ordered a little cheeseburger with tomatoes and mayo and a side of fries. Idk why but the cashier took it upon herself to put pickles on my burger. I didn’t realize until I opened it up. So of course I had to pick them off. Besides that the burger was really good. «Hit the spot». They also give a large serving of fries I counldnt finish. They almost filled up the whole bag. Lol they were well seasons and refreshing. This is one of the newer locations so of course it was very clean and looked sanitized. I do plan on visiting more often being that I work at the mall right next door. Woo hoo great job five guys

I am in love with this place! I could eat it ALL week if i could. Super friendly workers very respectful and attentive. The cashier i had Ms. Miranda W. she was a sweet heart very patient with me while i ordered, gave some yummy suggestions for my burger which made my burger taste even better. Your doing great Ms. Miranda W. keep up the great work and the happy attitude it goes along way. Over all the service was outstanding defiantly coming back for more burgers!

The prices must have gone up because I have no recollection of paying over $ 4 for one hot dog.
I’ve eaten here a few times or more… I’ve only ever ordered the kosher dog and the fries so that’s all I can comment on.
Fancy, schmancy soda machine that is now popular in fast food restaurants. You can customize your beverage experience which is great. But unless I’m dining in I am not paying over $ 2 for a fountain drink, especially if I just want a regular soda. I know they must meet the cost of operating this machine but it won’t be coming from my pocket.
The kosher Dogs are amazing! I know it is just a dog, but I like it. I 100% prefer a fry cut straight from the potato than some compressed, machine formed fry. So yes these fries are worth it. I didn’t care for the Cajun fry so I’m sticking to the regular fry. I also appreciate that they give you PLENTY of fries!
Service is good, and friendly. Although at other locations I’ve experienced the kitchen staff singing, greeting me as I entered, maybe even a dance step or two. But not here. Service is fairly speedy although it seems like a really long time. Enjoy some peanuts while you wait to help pass the time. I don’t but I should. The wait would go faster.
Facilities are clean and tidy. Condiments are a plenty. There is adequate seating.

Love a good burger with fries and this place has it. If you plan on sharing your fries no need to buy the large. Get the small its plenty. Enjoy the amount of topping options. The service is decent and the cleanliness of the place is good. What more can you ask for from a burger joint.

Omg!!! My husband and I decided to try this for the first time today. Walked and it wasn’t busy but smells great. I ordered the lil bacon cheeseburger and he ordered the bacon cheeseburger and just a large fry to share. It’s nice to be able to watch them make your burger and love the fact that the meat is cooked after you order. Good no old cold patties sitten. When it came time to bag our food we saw a nice large size cup of fries. We thought ok that’s good enough for us. Then all of a sudden we saw more fries being scooped up and dumped in our bag. Oh holly hell… our mouths dropped to the floor. We love some fries. Well needless to say we are stuffed. I can’t finish all mine and my hubs is so uncomfortably full and to top it off we have extra fries for later. Oh do get the Cajun season on the side and try it with the fries.

Definitely my favorite burger place! It’s fast and cheap, what more can I ask? I must say that this is a place I can only eat maybe 4 times a year. So delicious, yet so bad! A cool thing that I recently learned is that you can ask for a bun-​less, lettuce wrapped burger, which is awesome! Mmm. I can taste the Cajun fries now! :)

I know convenience and speed are nice but this place is just way too overpriced! The food is okay, nothing to call home about but I do love the nuts. The simplicity of the joint is great, especially if you have children. I’m thinking if they could’ve landed a spot in the mall that they would pull more customers. The place had a good amount of employees but the floor was still messy.

I am extremely excited that they opened a 5 Guys at Lynnhaven. I’m impressed with the cleanliness and the customer service at this store. And of course the high prices are worth every penny!
My only real gripe about them opening here is the price tag. I’m going to have to do a lot of overtime to support this burger habit!
