Ordered through the app and walked straight to the register to pick up. Food was good, but they didn’t have attention to detail. I ordered no mushrooms with spinach substitute. Overall, clean and friendly staff.

I have been here three times and every time the food comes out fresh and delicious. The customer service is very good and the portion sizes are perfect. They don’t cook the food until you order it so if you don’t want something or you want something added it’s no big deal. Fresh and fast which I like :)

Cashier went over entire menu and how to order their food. That was very nice of him. Singapore pad thai eith tofu and Japanese noodle with beef was our choice. It was ok food considering it’s a fusion fast food restaurant. Very interesting that they were serving beer and wine though. It was pretty empty in the restaurant with employees just standing around with dirty tables all over. I have search entire joint to find the clean one.

I came with my 16yr old son — I’m not a big fast food fan, but this place was awesome — great selection and the gentleman taking our order was so helpful — he made a recommendation for me and I tried it and loved it !!! The order came quick, every employee there was helpful, nice and courteous. The place was clean and in order — whoever manages this place and did the hiring gets five stars also !!!

It was my first time trying checking this place out. I’ve heard their food is good, so I wanted to see it for myself. I really enjoyed the food I ordered. My dad liked his meal too. We will both be back to try their other noodle dishes they offer.

What the heck… First bite into this«rice Krispy treat» and it didn’t taste like any rice Krispy treat I’ve ever had. Not to mention what is that stuff on it? Didn’t taste like marshmallows it tasted like egg. Super disappointed my «birthday treat» was inedible.

This a favorite go to lunch spot! Indonesian Peanut w/Pad Thai sauce on the side, extra veggies and extra lime! Super friendly staff and cute little take home containers.

Tried the pad thai. Liked it. Wisconsin Mac n cheese looked good. My nephew ordered the mac n cheese with meatballs cause he’s a Flippin weirdo but it looked good and he stuffed his face. Would’ve gave it a full 5 but it’s still a bit pricey.

I came here with my cousin for lunch. I have never been to this location. But the time I went back home(Maryland) I did not like it. Buuuuut I can’t say that about this visit. It was sooooo good. I think I had the japanese noodles with sautéed shrimp. It was so freaking good. I got the small which is still a very nice portion with a small garden salad on the side. If you fill out the survey you can get a free appetizer. We choose the cheese garlic bread with marinara sauce. I love it when the employees cone from behind the register to show me how to order and how it all works. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely come back again :-)

Went here for only the 2nd time because I was bored with Panera, did not feel like spending a fortune and wanted to go some place relatively close to where I live. I stayed far away from the Pad Thai this time. I went for the Thai Hot Pot instead. Their Thai Hot Pot is better than their Pad Thai(lol). Not fantastic, but OK and worthy of eating. Now that I have an option, I will go back periodically as I was relatively pleased with the Hot Pot… though, I’ve actually never tasted an authentic hot pot, so I guess I don’t know what I’m missing… lol.

This was my first time ever going to this restaurant. I love phở in any version of it. The staff was very helpful and friendly and welcoming. The very sleek look and very clean on the inside. Food was outstanding. I honestly don’t know what I was expecting. Full of flavor and hearty. My only gripe is the 2go serving size looks much smaller in the serving portion you get when eating in. It is a little pricey but if I can’t get to phở I’d come here.

Great food and great service. Everything on the menu is great. Try Thai Hot Pot, Mac and cheese, steak stroganoff, chicken noodle soup and very good salads.

I came in this week to give this place a try after looking at previous reviews of the place. I noticed it was mixed, but they were a bit higher in more recent ones, so I decided to try it out for myself. As others have said, the place has a modern, yet contemporary feel to it. I like the design to the place. One thing I think they should add though are the adjustable screens to block out the afternoon sun when it’s blaring directly at you inside. After looking over the menu, I ordered the Wisconsin Cheese steak sandwich with no mushrooms(allergy to them) with the tomato basil bisque. I also got a small order of the garlic cheesy bread. Starting with the garlic bread, it was good overall. However, I do think it’s overpriced, so I’d probably skip that next time(it was $ 2.99 for 3 small pieces of cheesy bread). The Wisconsin cheese steak was actually pretty good. The meat was very fresh and tender, along with the other vegetables that go into this sandwich. The tomato basil bisque was okay. I probably would not do that soup again though. I don’t normally comment too much about the drinks, but for here, I think it’s good. The teas that they have available are organic and fresh. I could tell the freshness in the taste of the tea, which I haven’t experienced anywhere else. Overall, this is a standard fast casual food place. There’s nothing bad about the place, but nothing stood out for that«wow» factor. If you’re in the area and you also like the type of food on their menu, you should still try it.

I got a good laugh during my latest experience here(I’ve frequented this location many times since I work nearby). I was dining alone and decided to refill my drink. When I got back to my table it had just been bussed, so my barely-touched lunch made its way to a trashcan in the kitchen. When I saw my table was empty I noticed an employee actually walking away with my lunch, so I called out, «I’m not done yet!» But to no avail. The staff was so nice — they realized their error and replaced my order free of charge. They even threw in a rice krispies treat. They definitely didn’t have to go that extra mile but they did. Because of that I would definitely come back, even if I wasn’t readily in the area. But I can laugh knowing that they didn’t hear me exclaim my lunch wasn’t finished because the volume to their music is too loud, haha. JV

I usually cannot use the terms fast-food, quality, and high end all in one review. Here we go… Noodles & company is a quality, high-end, fast food spot. It’s a mix of Asian and Italian food. Quality ingredients and prepared when ordered. I especially enjoyed that they bring the food to your table. I had the penne rosa with parmesan crusted chicken. It was quite good. The sauce actually had some body and there were levels of flavor. It started creamy and finished with and earthy spiciness. I also had the tomato basil bisque. I particularly liked this soup. It wasn’t smooth and processed. It had chunks of tomatoes and was topped with fresh basil. Very enjoyable. My friend had the Thai hot pot. The broth was a mix of citrus and spice. It was very well done with all the standard Thai hot pot ingredients. We split the pot stickers. They were nice but not memorable. I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants but not only can I recommend this spot but I would also come back.

This is actually a decent place with a promising menu. Yes, its a fast food chain but the food is served fresh. The healthy concept is a bit off but its a fantastic idea to create awareness. Love the contemporary interior design, its fun and refreshing. The entire place is warm and bright. Everything seems cohesive from the wall painting and product display. This is exactly what the brand wants to imply. As for food presentation and taste profile, its very restaurant standard. Yes, its delicious but I thought it lacked depth and texture. During my recent visit, I ordered the potstickers(fried dumplings) and Thai Hot pot. I absolutely enjoyed it. It’s tasty and flavorful. The dumplings alone are blunt but when you dip it into the sauce it create a different pallete and flavor comes out. The hot pot is almost perfect, its fresh and magnificent. My only criticism is the broth needed more seasoning. I love the staff here, they are friendly and polite. It seems like they enjoy and love working here. Indeed, it was a fantastic experience.

Noodles and Company is one of the new«Fast Casual» style restaurants that has now expanded to the Virginia Beach area. Order your food at the counter, then have a seat for a bit and they bring it out to you. Wait time usually about 5 – 10 minutes. It is nice to come in for lunch and order up a pasta and soup combo, or sometimes a sandwich and soup combo. All of the items I have tried on the menu are well prepared and tasty. I’ll add pics of the menu, which gives a clearer indication of their great choices!

A nice, modern, cool looking spot. Lots of friendly people working there. I had a business meeting over lunch and I found this place to be a good location to have such. I ordered the Bangkok Curry dish: sweet coconut curry, broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, a light portion of rice noodles, served on cabbage with black sesame seeds. Of course, I had to add some marinated beef to the mix. Nothing great, nothing bad. I was hoping for something orgasmic but was left to have that feeling with my Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich and baconator to do the trick. It’s convenient and quick, serving its place as a shop to visit for something better than fast food but more relaxed in a beautiful, clean environment. I wouldn’t be opposed to going back and giving different dishes a chance.

Needed something to eat while I was waiting for the mall to open. I’ve seen this many times when I walked a few doors down for a hotdog. I heard so many great things about this place and their options. I went in through the back and this place is much larger than I expected. It is so open and clean and very nicely designed. They have one of those soda/drink machines that are digital. I’m not sure how much drinks cost since I got water but there is usually an up-charge at places with this cool machine. They even had a display with the three small bite desserts that they offer. You can see the dessert actual size and seeing the real deal I’m sure has made more than a few people drool and tipped them from maybe to heck yeah! I love the unique way the menu is displayed with photos and descriptions, sometimes you really need that when trying new things. And then you don’t have to ask quite so many questions. I told the cashier that this was my first visit and she welcomed and thanked me for coming in which I appreciated. I kept it simple with mac n cheese since I was in a rush but I’ll mix it up next visit. It is cool that on to-go orders they put your food preparer/packers name on the bag, this way if you get home and there is a problem with your order you can let them know who bagged your meal.
